The Battle of Castle Cerintha was an event during the Journey where James Lovie II. loyalists attempted to capture Leven Martell and then use her to bargain with William Lovie III.

Meeting outside of Castle Cerintha the forces of Modius would meet with Leven Martell where she gave them the option of leaving the battlefield, and while at first they rejected this the arrival of Appius and Juventius revealed the futility of any battle and thus an agreement was made which allowed Modius and his loyalists to leave the field alive.

The End of the Battle would signal the departure of many James loyalists from the area who would proceed to travel by ship to Lichtenstorf where they would make there way to Orleans and the safety provided to them there.
