Thegra 02 medieval village by montvalentstock-d3bgiql

Bredgooden is a village to the south east of Lucerne. Despite its extremely small size, Bredgooden has been the site and birth of a number of important moments and people within the Kingdom of Lucerne. Bredgooden is in the province of central Lucerne and for this reason it is the overlording land of House Lovie.

Most known for being the center of House Jackson , and in some ways their own personal village for a time, the village's role changed dramatically when House Jackson was nearly wiped out during the Plague. Following the Plague the village was deprived of its most important members and this led the village into a steep decline which has only reveresed with the return of Joshua Jackson, and his House's wealth returning. With the return and rise of House Jackson once again they constructed a small keep at the eastern side of Bredgooden of which was manned by some twelve men and became the center of the defence of the small region north of Lole. Bredgooden would become the home of Walter Jackson following the Invasion of Westbridge as he begin to decline in health and was less and less able to travel he removed himself to Bredgooden.

Goverment

The village is small enough that the King is the only overruling factor in the rule of the village. While House Jackson was there they coordinated the expansion plans of the village, and also organized farming and trading so that the village could better gain in trades.

With the somewhat return of House Jackson, Joshua has begun reconstructing the Jackson Estate which was torched during the events of the plague.
