Bur-Sarha Mason or Sarah Mason is the daughter of Uleon, and Kimbra Mason making her a member of House Mason. Sarah has three siblings in the form of Ar-Issia, Thomas, and Wilheim Mason of whome Thomas is a loyal member of the military forces of the town, the oldest sibling in Ar-Issia would be married into House Elesssar and through this has been away from the family for quite some time leading to the other siblings barely remembering her, while Wilheim is a skilled engineer that has assisted the town of Ethring in its goals of upgrading the defenses without actually having to sacrifice anything. Sarah Mason would as a apart of her families efforts to comply with their agreements with Umbar be sent to Umbar where she would be betrothed to Razh-Tarandor Bedroog the nephew of the emperor but this marriage was delayed for many years due to his obsession with being a pirate and it was only when she took control of her own ship and followed him on a raid that he came to desire her but seeing him in the flesh she was disgusted by what he actually was and this led to Sarha killing him to escape the marriage.
Sarah Mason was born into a time of great upheaval for the Kingdom of Gondor, as during her youth the Kingdom was just recovering from the Gondor Civil War, and as it recovered it was beset on all sides by its enemies. When Sarah Mason was fifteen her parents silently sent her to Umbar after making a series of deals with diplomats in Umbar behind the scenes. These deals led to them offering their daughter to the brother of the king of Umbar in order for Umbar to slow the attacks against southern Gondor. When Umbar became upset by this deal she was already there and she watched as she became a political prisoner that noone other then her family even knew was outside of Gondor. During this political prisoner phase she became close with the man that would have been her husband, and she silently begin to believe in the Umbar cause after seeing and reading so much about their culture. She and Damon became sexually intimate as Damon wanted her to give him a child so that he would have a claim to southern Gondor through House Mason, but in the last months of her stay there she never became pregnant. She left after House Mason agreed that they would feed information to Umbar, and eventually after the situation had decayed so much that south was no longer holdable House Mason would join with Umbar. When she returned she joined with the new plan as she was an Umbar loyalist now unlike the rest of her family who pretended to assist Umbar while actually doing no such thing. She would eventually become intertwined further in the drama as she became romantically invovled with prince Ildarion Elessar of whome was everything that her former lover Damon was not. Sarah Mason would during Broken Borders become again intertwined in the drama of the invading forces of Umbar, and despite her hesitation she would assist them fully. Sarah was by this point completely aware that the day was moving closer and closer that she would be forced to kill Ildarion, but no matter what she told herself she found it more and more painful.

Wilheims Attempted Suicide

The Sadness of Wilheim
It seemed like no matter what I did, I kept letting people down. I started thinking how everyone’s lives would be better without me. And what does that feel like? It feels like nothing. Like a deep, endless, always blank nothing. And for those of you who will now be looking for signs everywhere… What does it really look like? Here’s the scary thing. It looks like nothing.
As his relationship with his sister Sarha drifted away with her increasing popularity and the business of his brother Thomas it was Wilheim that begin to see his life as going to amount to nothing and in this feeling Wilheim begin to seriously contemplate the idea of ending his life. He spent a long period thinking about this and throughout this he would draw elaborate designs of the different ways he might go about ending his life. It was one of these drawings that his sister Sarah Mason would discover one day and it was through this discovery that his life would change for the positive for what may have been the first time. When Sarah discovered the plans she immediately confronted her brother who up until that point she had believed was happy with his life, and during this confrontation he consistently lied to her about the purpose of the drawings but she was not convinced. Realizing that she might tell on him he left their conversation and decided that he would just hang himself and ignore all the elaborate plans he had made for himself. He grabbed the rope and a chair and left his room for the valley of the town. If anyone had noticed him taking these items they made no mention of it, and they certainty did not attempt to stop him or find out what he was doing. As he attached the rope to the tree he thought one last time of the world and in that moment was completely lost in his sadness. Closing his eyes he attached the rope to his neck and then proceeded to push the chair away from himself. It was Sarha that had been on the walls of Ethring with her friends when Wilheim had fled the city for his suicide and seeing a young man fleeing the city she and her friends followed him and since he was wearing a cloak they didn't know who he was. Sarha and her friends would arrive as he was tying the rope and then as he jumped it was Sarha that would shoot an arrow through the rope releasing him from dangling from the rope. As he dangled their panic struck him and he wanted to live but it was too late, and he was passing out from the loss of oxygen. As he made his last gasps of air he felt a pressure release and himself fall to the ground.
He lay their gasping for air for what appeared to him to be a long time but only in actuality was enough time for his sister to throw the bow that she had used to shoot the rope he was hanging from to the ground and run towards him. When she reached him she helped him to regain his breathe and once he had somewhat regained himself he cried himself into her shoulder and she just sat there and let him release all his sadness in that moment. After some time of this he calmed down and looked at his older sister who up to this point had only a slight relationship with and saw his savior. The two talked and Sarah realized how little time she had spent with her younger brother, and realized that she had a lot of making up to do if she wanted to have her brother living a full life and not dying young. When they finally returned to the town it was far into the night and she took the blame for them being late and did not tell anyone what had happened.
Following her brother falling asleep she leaves her room for the kitchen where she finds her mother, father, and uncle sitting and eating breakfest, but she finds herself unable to sit down and instead breaks down crying as the seriousness of what she has been dealing with finally overwhelms her. Her mother and father conosole her and eventually she reveals what happened last night and telling them why he did it (due to feeling left out of the family) her mother and father look to her uncle and the three have a sort of silent agreement and then her mother kisses her on the forehead before leaving the room with her father leaving her with just her uncle. Her uncle consoles her but tells her to be strong and follow him, and taking him by the hand he leads her down a hallway where they reach a dead end, and it is here where they wait for several minutes before her mother and father also arrive with Wilheim in tow. Her uncle moves a painting aside revealing a key lock which he puts a key into which then opens the wall, and without a word the group goes through the opening which leads to a large staircase going downward. After travelling deep by use of the stairs they reach a large room where she sees her brother Thomas sitting at a table reading scrolls and he jumps up at their arrival clearly shocked to see Wilheim and her. Her father tells her a story about his father and her grandfather fighting a border war with umbar and while Sarha knows about this conflict from her history lessons her father reveals the truth of how the conflict ended when he tells her about the treaty known as the Mason-Umbar deal. Revealing that House Mason is secretly working with Umbar it is Sarha that attempts to storm out unwilling to accept this as being true but she is stopped by her brother who argues why what they are doing is a noble thing and tells her all the good that comes from this arrangement.
The Rise of an Umbar Nationalist
The Rise of an Umbar Nationalist
You grew hearing tales of how we were monsters. They told you we were the men responsible for all the evils of your world. Give me a chance to show you who the real monsters are.
When Sarah Mason was twenty nine her parents would begin to silently make plans to send Sarah to Umbar after making a series of deals with diplomats in Umbar behind the scenes. Sarah Mason would discover the deal when she overheard her parents talking to one of the Umbar agents late at night, and she was completely unwilling to go, but her parents left her no choice, and kept her guarded after to make sure she didn`t try and escape. These deals led to them offering their daughter to one of the nephews of the emperor of Umbar in order for Umbar to slow the attacks against southern Gondor. Sarha would travel with a small guard of fifty men led by her uncle Cer-Lohn Mason of whom she was very close with, and he would give her a small concealed dagger of which he hoped would keep he safe during her time there but he did understand the chances were she was never returning home to Gondor.
As she arrives in Umbar she is greeted by many noble ladies of Umbar including Surh-Lanamir Bedroog the sister of Castamir, and Surh-Goldwhine Bedroog the mother of Castamir and one of the most influential women in Umbar. Sarah`s future husband Razh-Tarandor Bedroog is said to be away in Africanas where they are raiding Orc held lands for fun, and he won`t be returning for several months at the earliest, and during this time she will be the lady in waiting to Goldwhine. Taking up residence in the home of Goldwhine she finds the dynamics strange as Goldwhine has an almost romantic relationship with Castamir the Emperor of Umbar and while finding this strange she also understands how dangerous Castamir is after he kills two men in the middle of a council meeting for failing at a merchant mission to Estalia. Following this horrifying moment she begins to write home hoping they will bring her home, but is stopped by Lanamir of whom tells her to follow her. Lanamir takes Sarah on a tour of Umbar alongside some thirty guards and during the tour she speaks of how all the poverty, and violence here is the fault of Gondor and that they need to help the people here and the only way to do that is for Gondor and Umbar to become one again. She and Damon became sexually intimate as Damon wanted her to give him a child so that he would have a claim to southern Gondor through House Mason, but in the last months of her stay there she never became pregnant. This lack of a child brought some distance between the two lovers and they spent less and less time together actually enjoying eachother's time, and instead of this they were just together physical in a more a more desperate attempt to impregnate her, but this continued to fail. With her love for Damon deminished she sent a descriet letter to her parents asking them to bring her home, and her parents who did love her attempted to have this done.
The Fall of Sarha and Tarandor
The Fall of Sarha and Tarandor
You changed Tarandor. I'm sorry we end like this. I truly am sorry.
Her parents after receiving the letter sent their son Thomas accompanied by Cer-Lohn Mason into Umbar where they would negotiate the return of Sarah Mason to their town and more overall back to Gondor. At first the Umbar Nobles were dismissive but as they listened to his words and watched the relationship deteriorating between Sarah, and Damon they realized that she wasn't going to make him happy and thus they begin to actually discuss the plans. In the end there was no way they would let her leave until they were sure that they would have promises that they would gain control over southern Gondor, and Thomas had been given the word to give whatever they wanted within reason so that they could get Sarah back. For Thomas he understood that his family had no interest whatsoever in becoming a member of Umbar anymore, and that all they wanted was to get Sarah back, but what he didn't take into account when he made the deal was that despite what had changed between Sarah, and Damon her relationship with others that she had met meant that she was still on the same Umbar path that she had started down. Thomas made the deal that they would destabilize the region, and allow for Umbar loyalists to enter into the region and slowly create a power base, to the point that they would eventually be forced to join with Umbar. With the deal created she was allowed to leave, and before she left she went to see Damon one last time.
She left after House Mason agreed that they would feed information to Umbar, and eventually after the situation had decayed so much that south was no longer holdable House Mason would join with Umbar.
The Fall of Sarha and TarandorWhen she returned she joined with the new plan as she was an Umbar loyalist now unlike the rest of her family who pretended to assist Umbar while actually doing no such thing. She silently attempted to see how much change she could get in her family and she discovered to her disapointment that they were all very hardset into their Gondor loyalties, and she didn't see any movement inside them. She spent a lot of time with her brother Thomas during her return to Ethring, and during this she discovered that the weak willed brother that she had left behind was gone, and in his place was the new Thomas of whome was a skilled fighter, and a just as intelligent leader. She sent a letter back to Dranian Flalk in Umbar of whome would become her sort of handler during her return to Gondor. Her letter was not even concieled as she understood shockingly that her family was so trusting of her that they didn't even question what she was doing.
Before Sarah sent the letter to Dranian there was a still a moment where she allowed herself to wonder whether she could forget about her loyalty to him. She wondered whether she could just help her family grow Ethring and be happy in the situation that she lived, but as she pondered this her mind brought her back to the trips Dranian had taken her on, and the hundreds of innocent people that were living in poverty because of the war. She knew in her mind that Gondor was doomed as it attempted to resist Mordor, and the only way to survive as a people was to join with Umbar of whome had a real chance of resisting.
My return to Gondor has been an utter disapointment. My parents and brothers have lied to you when they told you that they would follow through on the plan. They plan to string you along while they increase the defences of the city, and create a stronger position here. I will continue though down the path that you set out for me, and I shall begin to escort your patrols into the region where I shall situate them inside. I cannot do much more then this for the moment as my brother Thomas is of great concern to our movement. He has become nearly fanatical in his approach to defending this region, and I fear that this loyalty on top of his intelligence and skill mean that he must be dealt with at a certain point or we risk this all going up in smoke.
In non related news I must ask you how Damon is doing. I know that it is not my place to ask considering how we left things but I know that you of all people know that just because we fall out of love it does not mean we stop caring. I hope that you will tell me but if you will not know that I continue to be your loyal servent.
Her letter had it of been discovered would have uncovered a plot within the house that was so deeply invested in by Sarah Mason that there was little oppurtunity for her to leave the plot even if the doubts she was having would have allowed her to leave it. She following his return letter begin meeting with small groups of Umbar troops of whome she escorted past the defences of the Gondorians and moved them into small cave systems north of the town while the preperations were made for other lodgings. These other lodgings were not something that she was privvy to but from the information that she was able to get she didn't think it was going to be good, and that made her curius about what kind of plans Dranian had for the growing number of Umbar troops in the region. As her curiosity grew she pretended to leave one of the groups she led across the border, but once they thought she was gone, she followed them and they led her right to the cave systems that she thought they were going to go to. With her anwsers apparently given to her she prepared to leave but then she saw the leader of the group exit the cave and several men pulled a table along with him. The man pointed at the table and spoke loudly in Numenorian for some time until finally a few other men arrived of which Sarah discovered were the leaders of several of the other groups that she had escorted over the
border. The men then spent the next hours looking at the table and what she could only assume was a map of some kind, until finally the last member outside passed out drunk. With the group drunk and noone paying attention she snuck towards the table and was able to see what they were looking at.
"The map showed x's besides six of the villages north of Ethring, and surronding each of these x's were numerous groups of o's which I could only assume to be the locations of Umbar troops. The problem for me was that I had escorted five groups inside, and their were twelve o's on the map. What was their plans for the villages? Why was I not told of this? Was my true usefullness nothing more then the escorting of troops across the border because I was worth more then to be kept out of the loop in this way."
As she left the encampment and headed back to Ethring she noticed a large group of Gondor soilders heading on the road and she approached the group. As she got closer she noticed that they were no regular troops as they were heavily equipped. As she was spotted several of them quickly got ahold of her and asked her what she was doing out this late, as it was well past midnight. As she was questioned she was placed into shackles as the gaurds were worried that she might be an assasin sent to kill the young prince. Instead of anwsering them back she questioned them back the same thing, and just as she was about to be put into a cage Ildarion got off his horse and approached her.

As he approached her he noticed immediatly even in the darkness her alarming beauty but he also noticed that underneath her innocent eyes was a sort of mysteriousness that he usually was able to easily read as a trickster kind of person. His gaurds held her still and for some reason he didn't feel afraid of what she might do to him. He told Narmin Gent that he would watch the prisoner for awhile so that he could get some sleep, and when Narmin declined Ildarion made it a command, and thus Narmin and the three other gaurds left the prince with Sarah Mason of whome walked to the side of the road and sat against a tree. The two talked for a time before he removed her shackles and allowed her to be free of the constraints. She flirted with him openly as she had no idea who he was, and this caused him to laugh at her. When she became confused why he was laughing he responded by telling her that he was the crown prince of Gondor Ildarion Elessar, and this caused her to immediatly go from being herself for a moment to back to the loyal spy she was playing at being. As she begin to close herself off emotionally he became confused by her and despite his obvious attraction to her he told her to go home, and she relunctantly did so with neither of them having any idea that they would be meeting again sooner then either of them believed.
When Ildarion Elessar arrived in the town of Ethring alongside his small force of two hundred men, along with a dozen retainers he was shocked at the state of the town. The defences were in a terrible state, and the situation of the moral of the city appeared briefly on his walkthrough to be one where the population was teetering on the edge of mutiny. Seeing this angered the young prince and so he prepared to meet with the leadership of the town which at the time was held by council. When he called the council to meet with him he was shocked that at the one corner of the table was the same girl he had spoken to on the road who had told him was nothing more then a poor farmer's daughter. As the meeting commensed and he was filled in on the constant raids that rocked the town he couldn't help but be completely enthraled in the beautiful young women that was so vocal in her opinions throughout the meeting. As they all begin to exit the meeting the Lord of House Haines approached Ildarion and told him that he had some things that he should know before he was willing to stay in the town.
As Ildarion entered the Keep of Ethring he prepared to discuss things with Connington Haines of House Haines. When Connington arrived he had the man kept in the most enjoyable of positions. When they got to talking Connington told Ildarion that the town was in fact not controlled by the council since House Mason controlled the council and thus they controlled what went on. When Ildarion asked why only the girl of House Mason was in the meeting then Connington told him that she was sent as a sign of disrespect because she was something of a social pariah inside the town. When asked why this was Ildarion was told that rumors have said that she was silently a supporter of Umber, and that during her youth she lived in Umbar for a time and during this time she became loyal to that Kingdom, and since then has been silently working for the Kingdom of Umbar, and that during this time she is responsible for the steady decline in the situation of Ethring. Hearing all of this made the need to discuss things with this girl that intrigued him all the more important, and when he realized this Ildarion bid Connington to leave him and thanked him for assisting the honest role of goverment.

When Ildarion Elessar came to become more and more confortable in Ethring he came to live more and more at his friend Sarah Mason's estate then the actual fortress itself. The mason girl as she was called by those around the town was something of a mystery and it was whispered that she was a traitor, and these whispers while well heard were not popular due to the powerful position that her supportive House Mason stood in. Sarah for whatever he secrets was someone that Ildarion truly cared about, and other then his family it had been since the days of Dianna Agron that he had truly cared about another women in that way. This care made him nervous as he was told by his commanders and aids that she was known as a traitor. So while growing to have a lot of affection for Sarah he also spent a large amount of time testing her loyalty and the measures that she was willing to take in order to remain a loyal citizen. Sarah was aware of these tests each time he placed one on her, and after succesfully passing the many tests he did she finally confronted Ildarion on the reason why he had so little faith in her.

Broken Borders
I came here wanting to defend the land I had fled my home for. Seeing it burning when I arrived was the last sight I expected, but in the end my father also told me you have to fight for what you believe in. Even if my father has lost his way I have to constantly remember the person I want to be.
Only three weeks after returning from Umbar though she found herself with Var Azunion on a mission across the Gondor border, and they would be led directly into a trap they didn't know was coming after Tur-Ildarion Elessar grew suspicious of the quiet of the border and had several Great Eagles called from the capital. Ildarion Elessar had become aware through many different sources that either Sarah Mason, or someone else in the leadership of Ethring was betraying the Gondorians to the enemy in Umbar, but he was unwilling to accept that it was Sarah Mason after they had their confrontation and he discovered that she was pregnant. So with the great eagles he had them watching the border east of Ethring, and that would be the spot that Larra Toran would be making a crossing with her husband and his force, of whom were crossing the border in order to join the growing Umbar force on the Gondor side of the border. At this point Ildarion's closest commanders in Berethor Isilrim, and Belernil Nimothan would come to him once more advising him that despite her pregnancy they needed to watch Sarah Mason as all the intelligence they were gathering from the nobles of Ethring was telling them the traitor was Sarah Mason, and for the first time Ildarion would tell them he would talk to her briefly and if he got the slightest sense of something he would order her watched. The Eagles after spotting the Umbar force would return to Ethring where Ildarion would quickly mass a force alongside recent arrivals in the form of a force of three thousand men from Tir Ethrod under the command of the twin brothers Galamir Browning II., and Talvirion Browning, and and moved with full speed to get in front of the Umbar force. With the great eagles able to watch them the entire time Ildarion was able to set up a perfect ambush spot in the middle of a clearing. When they arrived at the sight Ildarion was preparing his forces and didn't realize that Sarah Mason who at this point he believed in implicitly due to her pregnancy was secretly crafting a letter which she would send through one of her loyalists to the forces of Var-Azunion Lodius.
When they arrived at the sight Ildarion was preparing his forces and didn't realize that Sarah Mason who at this point he believed in implicitly due to her pregnancy was secretly crafting a letter which she would send through one of her loyalists to the forces of Var Azunion. So trusting in her was he at this point that he invited her into the strategic meetings they had that night, and she would even add pieces of this into a second letter that she crafted for the Umbar troops incoming. That night as she waited and hoped that Var Azunion would get the letter she went to bed with Ildarion, and as he held her and rubbed her still flat belly she begin to cry. She tried to stop crying but she couldn't as for perhaps the first time she realized the true costs of what she was doing. Through her crying Ildarion held her close and whispered loving words to her, and despite how comforted and safe she felt the fact that this man that she loved so much was the target of so much of her deception left her feeling more broken and sad then she had felt in a long time. While this was happening her first messenger would fail to find the force of Var Azunion after he camped his forces in a position that was so tactically foolish that the messenger had bypassed the area in his search for them. The second messenger would find Var's forces but was shot by a sentry and his body quickly buried in the ground without the sentries reading anything he had on him. So despite Sarah Mason attempting to sabotage the ambush by getting word to Var Azunion the Umbar force continued to walk right into it.
The next day Var Azunion would move the Umbar force northward, and as they walked through the ambush clearing Larra Toran felt a terrible chill up her spine and warned her husband that they should travel along the side of the ravine, and in return Var would slap her in the face and verbally attack her as she laid on the ground. As she got up from the slap he was still staring at her as an arrow struck him directly in the heart killing him basically instantly. She would be the only survivor of the ambush and she survived only after an arrow struck her in the head but deflected off her helmet and knocked her unconscious. With the force destroyed the Gondor force would move in with Ildarion taking the lead flanked by his friends of whom was devastated that the force had been destroyed despite the fact that she had tried desperately to alert them to the danger. As they searched the troops it would be Thomas Mason that would discover the still alive body of Larra Toran and as Ildarion walked to her he knelt in front of her as she opened her eyes, and he felt something inside him feel for this girl, and thus he ordered her taken prisoner and brought back to Ethring. As she woke briefly back and forth she would watch him moving, and she was captivated by the beauty this man appeared with, and despite the pain in her head she felt safe for the first time in a long time as she was pulled along by the carriage of her supposed enemy.
It was as she was moved to the carriage that the site of the massacre was come across by the one remaining scout in Varizh Endrasti sent by Sarah Mason of whom seeing this would make his way by horse back to Ethring in order to warn Sarah that their attempt had failed. When he arrived in Ethring Sarah Mason would watch Varizh enter from her room in the Keep and immediately knew what had happened, and meeting him on the bottom floor the two would discuss what their next move was, and having him following her into the dungeons she took him into a room she had orchestrated to make it look like Varizh was the spy for Umbar and then she would stab him through the neck leavin him to bleed out on the ground, and then she shut the door behind her before crying over who she was becoming. She would go upstairs to find her father and Lord Gur-Teniun Oellenzi of whom she begged to follow her, and they would with several men at arms following her into the dungeons where they found the now dead Varizh Endrasti and the staged scene painting him as the traitor for Umbar.
Chained Friends, and Trusted Enemies
Taking her alongside the other survivors of the ambush back to Ethring it would be Ildarion that stayed awake beside her for the hours she was passed out. Arriving back in Ethring hours later they would put her in a cell where she would remain asleep recovering from the concussion of the arrow hitting her helmet, but while she was asleep Ildarion slept on a chair outside the cell waiting for this mysterious girl to awaken. As he slept Sarah Mason came down looking to see this prisoner, as she had been told about her arrival since many of the nobles now had no doubts about her following the killing of Varizh. Coming down and seeing Ildarion asleep she was going to wake him up when she saw the face of the girl and knew it to be her old friend Larra Toran. Now that Sarah Mason had become painfully aware that Larra Toran was her old friend from Umbar, she feared being revealed early and thus having to kill Ildarion before she was emotionally ready. Waiting patiently for her to awaken she was forced to leave when her father commanded her to leave to tell some of the more skeptical nobles of her innocence and it was when this happened that Ildarion still asleep outside of the cell of Larra would be noticed by Larra of whom finally woke up. Getting herself up and moving towards him she was unable to completely reach him and so instead rested on her knees before him awaiting the promised prince to awake. Awakening he jumped back startled by having fallen asleep and giving his enemy the jump on him, but she would calm him with her kind voice. Discovering she had awoken gaurds arrived alongside Sarah Mason and he would command them away as he wanted more time with the prisoner despite the fact that he should have allowed in gaurds who knew of getting information but he didn't want to part from Larra.
Having his alone time with her again she told him of her youth and was completely honest with him about everything except for the involvement of Sarah Mason of whom she wasn't sure what to say of yet. Revealing the size and plans of the Umbar forces in Gondor she gained a lot of clout with Ildarion as he trusted her despite who she was. As they continued to speak and their conversation became increasingly flirtatious it would be Sarah Mason that interupted it with a direct and forceful desire to speak with Larra alone. Larra would be able to convinse Ildarion to depart for a time so he could rest and return, and this further increased the anger of Sarah towards Larra as she was never able to persuade him that easily. With the room cleared she attempted to understand what the next move of the Umbar army was now that the vangaurd had been destroyed, and when Larra declared that she had made the ambush took place, and had worked tirelessly to reach this moment where she could join Gondor the two two old friends quickly became severe rivals. Realizing she had unwittingly revealed herself to Larra she would rush from the cell to the shock of Larra and place two gaurds on the door who were commanded to let noone enter or speak to Larra.
Arriving at Sarah's room he stayed by the door for many moments as he feared how this conversation would go. What was happening to him that he believed this Umbar girl immediately and was now questioning the women that he loved? What had changed so quickly that Sarah had cast that kind of doubt about herself. He thought on the fact that everything he knew of her from the beginning, and all the things people said about her had led him to this moment and the lack of faith he had in her. Opening the door he found her praying in the corner by her cross, and he couldn' t help but bask in the soft kindness she just permeated out when she was praying, and only wished that kindness was seen by all and not just him when they were alone. Sarah would get up from praying and walked towards him kissing him on the cheek before fakely asking what he was there for so late, despite the fact that she knew exactly what he was there for. WIthout a word of anything else he would confront her on what Larra said, and inside she was dying as she knew now without question that he had to die as he had clearly formed enough trust in Larra that in no time at all any excuses that she gave to him would be found as lies. Realizing this killed her as she loved him beyond words, but in this moment she just couldn't escape the dream she had for Umbar, and Gondor back together again and she pushed her love for him down.
