Capua is a large town of Central Italy where it stands as a provincial town of the Roman Province and is the seat of House Crassus within the Roman Empire. The city of Capua is dominated by a homogeonous ethnic group of Italians of which outside of slaves within the city (20%) are the only ethnic group within the city, and like many cities in central Italy the only means of attaining citizenship is being ethnically Italian with all others unable to own a business or become a citizen.

Capua is the center of the Diocies of Capua where the Bishop of Capua stands as one of the most powerful and influencial members of the Capua polical scene a fact which is troubling for the nobles of Capua who are constantly under threat from the Bishop of Capua. The Bishop of Capua also holds a position on the College of Cardinals only furthering the power of the Bishop of Capua by holding one of the most influencial positions in the Catholic Church.

Capua was founded by the Etruscans of whom held control of the city of Capua until it fell during the rise of the Republic of Rome, and became dominated by the Roman Republic and the rising Italians.
