Chaos

Chaos Titans is the name for the grouping of Titans that were corupted by Tzeneech and now are evil Gods bent on the destruction of the Earth, and its rebirth in their image. Chaos has domination over a large area of the Fade, as well as having near complete control over the moon, and large parts of the Earth.

The main mortal forces of the forces of Chaos are the Charr, Humans, Dark Elves (unknowingly), and the Trolls of which these races are followers of Chaos in huge numbers, while there are followers of Chaos amongst basically every race. The spread of Chaos has been slow and steady since their victory in Titan Civil War, and only the valiant defence of the mortal races has stopped them from winning outright.

Although they all call themselves Chaos and are members of the same group the Gods of Chaos do not work together on most occasions, and in fact there are many Chaos Gods who do nothing but attempt to destroy their fellow Chaos Gods. The Chaos gods greatly outnumber the Noble Titans and the only reason they havnt won yet is they cannot work together long enough. The Brief times they do are devestating events that destroy massive amounts of lives. In Europe these brief moments of cooperation are known as Dark Crusades, and there have been five which have burned across Europe over the years with another one in the offing during the recent events of the story.

The Forces of Chaos are opposed by the remaining Noble Titans who attempt to undue the destruction caused by Chaos, and in this way the two groups are locked in a continues struggle for supremecy, and in a lot of ways survival.

Birth of the Titans[]

Old One
We destroyed the Martians and from that moment on their was nothing but our vision and whatever limits we set for ourselves. I moved to Iceland where I watched as my brethren created Gods that they spent centuries coding so that they wouldn't be able to weaken or tire. All of that work in order to protect a planet from itself.
Tek

The Old Ones had used the Lizardmen in order to administer much of what they knew was neccessary for the planet, but as time went by their scheduals determined that they needed to leave the planet. The Old Ones knew their time on Earth would have to end but they wanted to make sure their world would be watched over. In order to leave behind something that would protect, guide, and further advance the denizens of the Earth. In order to do this they decided to create extremely powerful creations that would look over different areas based on the planet. The Old Ones created different Titans for different purposes, and with every piece of the lives of the mortals below looked after the world would advance in peace. The Titans would be given amazing powers that were nearly limitless within the region of Magi they also created called the Fade. Within  the Fade they gave the Titans birth, and from this the Titans would become the vessels of the future goals of the Old Ones long after they would eventually leave the planet.

Birth of the Fade[]

Titan Generation Details
First Generation The First Generation of Titans were created by the Old Ones, and are by far the most powerful of the Titans. These were the Titans that controlled and dominated the most important aspects of the world, and of whom the most power and responsbility would fall.
Second Generation The Second generation were still created mainly by the Old Ones, but several of the First Generation Titans begin to create Titans in a style that became a sort of parenting. These Titans were the commanders of the First Generation Titans and are by the most numerous of the Titan generations.
Third Generation The Third Generation was constructed directly before the departure of the Old Ones, and was created in order to deal with specific areas that the Old Ones were conserned might become problems later. This generation is very small in number, but has the highest percentage of its generation of whom remained loyal to the Old Ones.
Fourth Generation The fourth and final generation of Titans were created now solely by themselves, as the Old Ones had left the planet. These Titans are known for their recklessness and with the coruption possiblity of the first three generations discovered the Fourth Generation was tied to a control devise in Olympas meaning they cannot fall to coruption unless severing this through their own minds, or the destruction of the device.
Tzeenech was the most powerful of us. Tzeenech was the one we all relied upon to protect the creations that were so vital to the world. As we advanced and pushed forward so to did the Fade, and he was placed under an ever increasing amount of stress. I wonder if that was what happened to him. I wonder whether I could have done something to change his fate.
Zeus

In order to construct most of the world the Old Ones had turned from science, and their own massive technology and had instead allowed their Slann to control the process by which the planet took its changing form. The Slann used untolled Magi to shift continents, changing enviorments and many other things all with the use of their primitive Magi over the vast technology of the Old Ones. Because the Old ones had used so much Magi on the world the traces of it were sucked into a realm called the Fade, and left to fester under the protection of the Old Ones. With the Old Ones leaving they needed one of their Titans to protect and control the Fade. In responce to this need they created Tzeneech and put him in the role of protecting the Fade and anyone who used its powers. In order to control the Fade, which was the area that the Slann had pushed all of the Magi that they had used during the earliest creations of the planet, the Old Ones decided to empower a God of the Fade. The Old ones designed Tzeneech with the knowledge that he was most likely going to be the most likely to become corupted, and in this way they spent the most time of any of the gods they built. Believing they have done the best they could they finished the creation of Tzeneech and moved on to the other gods they needed to create, in order for their plan to work. Tzeneech became the master of the Fade, and in this way he controlled the setting of the Fade, and while the other Titans were able to menipulate sections of the Fade he controlled the ultimate power in the Fade, and it was through him that all Magi in the world flowed through.

Old Ones Leave[]

Old Ones leaving

The Old Ones had designed a thousand worlds, and yet they had never forseen the lengths that Tek would go to undermine everything they had done.

The world tore apart, and the skies lit up with the flashing of a thousand and a thousand lights. The world as we knew it was over. Replaced by a void they left behind my people would remember them with every breathe and it was left to the few of us Slann to understand they were never returning.
Lord Mazudumu

With the sadegaurds believed to be in place the Old Ones, begin deasembling many of their cities on the Earth. This process was obviously to make sure the advanced nature of the Old Ones wasn't allowed to seep into the growth of the races of Earth. The process of taking apart their cities was one that they had done on an inumberable amount of occasions and because of this they were able to deconstruct their cities in a very short amount of time. With their cities gone, the Old Ones packed into their ships and set out into space to their next destination. With the Old Ones gone their favored race in the Lizardmen was initially shocked and in disaray as to what to do with themselves, but as the Old Ones knew they would the Slann took control of the situation and led the Lizardmen towards the path of enlightment where they would act as the stewards of the planet. Other then the Lizardmen the only real effect that their departure had was that with them gone, their was noone truly watching the Titans and their successes and failures. Without the Old Ones interferance though the Titans should have simply been able to deflect any internal coruption through their internal device that made sure they never deviated from their assigned tasks.

Corruption of the Titans
All it took was one of them turning his back on his creator for me to truly see the depths of their depravity. My brethren had created them and things like them a million times and each time they had smiled with an arrogance built on the foundation that these Titans were perfect creations. I would show them how much their foundation was built on nothing. I would let them see the truth of this perfection.

Corruption of Tzeneech[]

Tek

Tek

So much of what the Titans could do was built on the backs of the few at the top. I whispered simple words to Tzeneech, and ruined his soul. From one single creation came about the destruction of an entire order. Chaos was born.
Tek

As with most stories the time of the Titans being fully unified would end when a single member of their number in the form of Tzeneech the God of Magic, and sorcery managed to destroy his protective shield. This meant that he existed without any shield against greed, corruption, or hate. These feelings did not come all at once but it was a slow corruption as the protection left him until eventually he became the First of the Chaos Gods. It was purely the work of Tek that the ability to destroy his protective shield was created when the fallen Old One Tek begin his experimentation on the Titans. Tek believed that the Titans created an imbalance in the world and the only way to make the world into its natural state was to make the Titans act naturally. In order to do this he used his unimaginable technology to enter the Fade which was the domain of Tzeneech and while in the Fade he spread a kind of virus into the Fade which seeped into Tzeneech and placed questions into the Titan's mind. The virus allowed Tzeneech to understand the emotions that were supposed to be inhibited by his shield, and with these emotions he was able to destroy the shield completely which then led to these emotions spreading. This would begin to take its affect on him in the form of his corruption unknowingly of his child of sorts in Sethe of whom was the closest to him and thus the one that begin to feel the most of his increasingly wild emotions. Due to the increasing corruption of Sethe Tzeneech would begin to feel a sort of nationalistic mindset towards his Arakhora but when this was resisted by the returning Anzu, and Terokk of whom had been away on the Earth expanding the homelands of the burgeoning Arakhora population on the Earth. Tzeneech would turn his back on the two resisting members of his children in the form of Anzu, and Terokk and openly question their love of him, and this caused Sethe to turn against them beginning the Arakhora Civil War.

Corruption of the Five[]
Malekor
Malekor the God of the moon ruled over that planet silently guarding the portal which would allow the Old Ones to return if ever the people here needed them. He was second to only Tzeneech in making sure he fell.
Tek

After Tek corupted Tzeenech he had fed into the mind of Tzeenech that there were several other Titans that it was very important for him to concentrate on removing the shields of and it was in this way that Tzeenech begin to target five Titans in the form of Malekor, Zeus, Hades, Khorne, and Eywa. At first targeting Malekor as this was the Titan that he was closest too he would travel to Luna where he met with Malekor, and his wife Luna and during this conversation he would be able to convince Malekor to allow him to begin the spell to remove the shield around him, but Luna was unwilling and stormed from the room unwilling to accept any deviation from the plans of the Old Ones. Following his corruption of Malekor he would Luna leaving behind the disaster that was a now corrupted Malekor of whom he taught how to remove the shields of Titans and despite Malekor's one time honorable way of life he was corrupted with a feeling of paranoia which would be the main cause for his eventual betrayal of the Luna Pantheon in the event known as the Luna War of Conquest. Leaving Luna Tzeenech would travel to Charon where he would come to the World Tree the home of Eywa and finding her happy to him he was momentarily reluctent to betray her but the anger and resentment he felt towards the Old Ones pushed him to attempt to tell Eywa the story. As he begin to tell Eywa the story that was secretly a spell crafted by Tek which had already successfully turned Malekor and Tzeenech to Chaos but this time the story was interuped by the arrival of Luna of whom explained to Eywa what had happened to Malekor and at this Tzeenech would escape Charon but before he did he would use his complete control of The Fade to block the Warp Gate which allowed exit from Charon to the Fade. Worried that his attempt to corupt Eywa had exposed him it was Tzeenech that would immediately following this event leave for Olympus where arriving there he was able to meet with Zeus and convinsed Zeus of whom had no reason to believe anything was amiss to listen to the story. Zeus would listen to the story but as the spell worked its way and destroyed his shielding it was Tzeneech that was shocked when nothing happened and Zeus just insulted the story and then asked Tzeenech to leave and despite Tzeneech attempting to explain what had happened he was refused and thus silently Zeus was corrupted but his corruption would be different. Zeus had been hand crafted by the Old One Sek of whom had created with a single overriding drive and this drive led to his corruption creating a flawed personality trait where in he became increasingly ridig in his view of what the Titans purpose was.

Fall of Nurgle[]
Nurgle
Nurgle my beloved cousin. We need to discuss the truth of our creators.
Tzeneech
Spread of the Corruption[]
Trust me when I tell you Brooke. The spread of evil is a quick thing. One of my brothers who turn his back on our parents ideals and from just my one brother the fall of nearly half my siblings begin. There was just no stopping his words from spreading. Even I for a few moments considered the options of his words.
Odin

With the corruption spreading and an increasing amount of Titans becoming corrupted there would be the first casualty of the conflict when the First Generation Titan Jupiter was approached by Malekor, Khorne, and Tzeneech. Attempting to have Jupiter remove her shield would backfire dramatically when Jupiter resisted the three Chaos Titans and a fight broke out between the four of them. The group attempted to manipulate Jupiter who they knew to be a very noble and just and thus they attempted to have her join them through arguing that they would assist the world through their work and that it was Zeus that was the problem. The group of corrupted Chaos Titans had been unaware that Jupiter had lost her shield through her proximity to the Woses but her corruption was to become increasingly noble, and seeking justice which would lead to her inability to negotiate with the three more powerful Titans instead simply attacking them and nearly killing Tzeneech but eventually she was unable to fight the three of them and thus the fight led to the death of Jupiter of whom was over matched by the three more violent Titans. Following her death Khorne would become quite boisterous in his discussion of murdering Jupiter, and while this was something that angered many of the Titans it would be her two sons Ulric, and Taal that would become enraged by the death of Jupiter and under the leadership of Ulric they would begin a plan to target Khairne for revenge against Khorne.

Fall of Slanaash[]
Ragoth - New
I want in known that I tried hard to stay true to myself. I did not want this. This was forced on me and now that it is I will follow fate where it takes me.
Slanaash

Slanaash would protected from corruption by two things with the first being his devout love for his elven creation leaving him never entering the fade, and the second being constantly guarded by his sister Elune who believed that there was a dangerous element growing in the Titans and knew she needed to protect her brother. Ragoth would become so isolated from his elven family that he drifted into the sphere of influence of a titan who would eventually ruin him in the form of Malekor and through Malekor he became a different person then the one he once was. When Malekor fell to corruption it was Ragoth who was one of the titans that fell into the words of Malekor becoming just like his mentor an agent of chaos, and through this he was tasked with corrupting his father in order to truly prove how loyal he was to malekor. When Slanaash could not be gotten to due to the interference of Elune it was Zarakynel that was corrupted when she was tricked by her brother Hypnos and when she returned to Ulthuan she realized what had happened to her and left a letter for her daughter Kyriss which detailed what had happened and then unable to live for one minute longer with the corruption afflicting her she would commit suicide inside the fade thus ending her life permanently. The now corupted Ragoth would find the letter before Kyriss could and due to this she was not warned and instead the family was left with little time to grieve as Ragoth made his move against his father. All the things that stood between Slanaash and corruption were broken when his son Ragoth was corrupted and in this corruption used his position as son of Slanaash to enter Slanaash's inner sanctum and tricked Slanaash into entering the fade where once there he was ambushed by Tzeneech, and Malekor who told him the corrupting story and thus broke the shield over Slanaash. So strong was Slanaash's love for the Elves that as he felt the corruption over him spread he would attempt to break himself from the Elves giving over more and more control to the Asurian pantheon as well as Elune, and Cenarius. As time moved forward though despite his attempts at resisting the corruption that he had suffered he was pushed forward by several of his children most notably Morai-Heg, and Ragoth who both had given themselves completely to the corruption and pulled their father down with them. Having given in it was Slanaash that would working alongside his granddaughter Lirith spark the event known as the Dance of Lirith.

My husband told me not to come here Ludwina. He told me that my father was lost to the side of good. I chose to ignore him. I ignored the love of my life and I fell down a hole into what I can only describe as true evil. I have been falling ever since.
Kyriss

Many of the children of Slanaash had seen a change in their father and had gone to the side of Elune, and thus these members of the Asurian Pantheon did not listen to the invitation to the dance of Lirith but many others including the loyal son Khaine traveled to the dance of Lirith where having already corrupted his grand daughter Lirith he would have her do a dance where she told the story that allowed the shield over the titans to be broken and with this event all those who were present were corrupted including half the Asurian pantheon.

The Lodge of the Old Ones[]

The Lodge of the Old Ones would first be thought of by the first generation titan Godrus who following his corruption by the more powerful Slanaash would be pressured by Slanaash to convert more Titans to the fallen titans. Coming up with idea of mass rituals he would form the Lodge of the Old Ones in order to bring in Titans through the belief that they were going to be learning more about the Old Ones, when in fact there was no information to learn and all they would find was a center of corruption. Nyx would be in the Underworld when the Eternity War was raging and despite the command of her husband Hades that they needed to stay uninvolved with what was happening she was convinced by her husbands friend Hermes to travel with him to the Lodge of the Old Ones and while both remained resolute in not being corrupted it was Hermes who helped Nyx escape which led to him being imprisoned. Having fallen to the corruption of the Lodge it was Wudis who attempted to get his daughters, and mother to join the Lodge but they would be protected by Hermes who despite being imprisoned by the members of the Lodge due to not falling to chaos was able to get a message to Tydana warning her of what the Lodge had done to Wudis and this led to Wudis being barred from entering Olympus.

The Titan War

War of the Gods[]

Main Article : Titan Civil War

The two sides fought an exhaustive war over the direction that the Titans were going to take the World. On one side were the Noble Titans who wanted to uplift the societies of Earth and follow the direction laid out by the Old Ones. The other side was the members of the Titans that had been corupted by the God Tzeneech. At first the Noble Titans attempted to nogotiate with the fallen, but quickly realized that they were nearly mindless drones with no nobility left in them. With diplomacy gone the two sides engaged in a massive conflict which left many on both sides destroyed. The first blow came when the violent Trolloc of Khorne attacked the Titan homeland of Olympas in a massive battle that caused the deaths of many Titans and several of the more bloodthirsty of the Chaos Gods. As the siege of Olympas went on the forces of the other main Chaos Gods found themselves free to do what they wanted as Khorne was basically on his own holding the Titans in place. Nurlge joined the siege and brought his large forces to bear against the fortress of Tarterus where he besieged the massive fortress and put a large amount of fear in the Titans that their rear would be vulerable due to the fall of Tarterus.

Death of Neperune[]

Murloc

Neperune Shortly before his death

For Malekor the time to do some real damage to the Titans was now and he found the perfect oppurtunity when the Titan Neperune snuck out of Olympas on a mission to stop Nurgle from destroying the powerful fortress Tarterus which held in place the weaker section of Olympas from being able to be attacked. Malekor watched and hunted the young Titan as he led his powerful Murloc forces towards the Army of Nurgle. Neperune caught Nurgle unaware and was nearing the Chaos God himself when his army was blindsided by Melekor's massive Draenei forces. There was no escape for Neperune and he and his entire army were destroyed on the field which left one of the most important commanders in the Titan army dead and a sizeable portion of the army in tatters.

With Neperune dead the defenders of Tarterus lost one of their most important defenders and a sizeable force so the thought by them was very much that they were in serious trouble. With a weak spot appearing Slanaash brought his mighty Elven forces to bear against the fortress alongside Nurgle, and Malekor's forces and as the walls of the fortress appeared ready to collapse the defenders were saved by the arrival of Imperius who brought his gleaming knights and was able to defeat Nurgle in combat causing the retreat of his forces and the momentary ending of the seige. By the time the Chaos forces had regrouped the defences had been trippled and the fortress of Tarterus appeared untakable.

Hades

Invasion of the Underworld[]

During the Titan Civil War Hades led the defences of the Underworld which was attacked heavily by his brother Harkkon. The attack by his brother cut off the love between the two, and led to an emotional argument as Harkkon attempted to enter the Underworld. Harkkon believed that so profound was their relationship that Hades would allow Harkkon to simply enter the Underworld unaposed, and thus enter Olympas from beneath the fortress itself. When he did come to the gates though he saw the massive army of Hades was arrayed against him, and Harkkon became emotionally unhinged that he believed Hades had betrayed him. Instead of waiting for the rest of his forces he simply attempted to charge through Hades forces but he and his elite gaurd became lost behind the lines, and by the time they were able to join together again they were trapped by the massive army of Hades against a large cave entrance with no escape.

Defeat of Harkkon[]

With the forces of Harkkon badly damaged in the continues fighting Hades realized that his brother was trapped and thus he had been defeated. Hades defeated his brother on the field of battle but he paused unsure of whether he could kill him, and by the time he had decided his brother had fled the field. With his brother gone Hades could have marshalled his now free forces and attempted to assist the main battle in Olympas but instead he sat unmoving in the Underworld for the remainder of the conflict and allowed his forces to sit idle.

Ares

Ares and Tzeneech[]

As the siege of Tarterus and Olympas wore on the first Chaos God in Tzeneech wandered the battlefield attempting to find an outlet for his aggression, and as he wiped town after town off the map of the Fade he was finally confronted by Ares the God of War for the Titans. Ares was beyond skilled, and he led his army of mysterious creatures against the forces of Tzeneech. The two fought battle after battle but each time Ares came out victorious despite the massive numbers advantage that Tzeneech had. This begin to irritate Tzeneech to no end, and thus he brought all of his forces to bear against Ares forces in what would be a massive battle over the town of Elis. As the two sides met the forces of Tzeneech outnumbered the strange army of Ares by nearly 15-1 but when the dust settled after the initial assault the forces of Tzeneech had been badly damaged, and the defenders were barely injured. As his forces begin to waver the Chaos God Tzeneech himself entered the battle and taunted the mighty Ares to fight him on the field. The two gods battled their way through the opposing armies until they were face to face, and when they met they immediatly begin fighting. The two were equally matched but as Tzeneech watched his army desinigrated around him as the forces of Ares massacred his army. After days of fighting Ares stepped back and laughed at Tzeneech, and when Tzeneech looked around he realized that his army was destroyed and he was now completely surrounded. Ares prepared to deliver the death blow but the massively powerful Tzeneech teleported himself to his personal lair leaving Ares without his complete victory but he had destroyed one of the largest forces that the forces of Chaos had.

Battle of Tale[]

Battle of Tale

The Aqir under Mortei would bring massive forces against the Noble Titans fort of Tale.

"I was shocked at the recklessness of Mortei who I knew loved his Aqir with everything in him. He threw his people at the walls with no apparent strategy just a goal tearing the walls down with the shere volume of his dead. I was saddened more then I should have been by how far he fell."
-Apollo

During the Titan Civil War he would become known for his conflict against Mortei of whom trapped Apollo into the small fortress outside of Olympas called Tale. In Tale the two gods would battle for nearly the entire civil war, as Mortei would battle against the walls of Tale over and over using his forces of Aqir with reckless abandon, while Apollo and his human forces remained resolute on the walls. As the war reached its end Mortei would recall his forces against the wall and would challenge Apollo to a one on one fight, and Apollo accepted triggering a long fight between the two Titans of which ended days later as both were completely exhausted. Realizing he wasn't going to be able to take Tale, Mortei would leave enough forces necessary to continue the siege, while he took the remainder to the Earth and would found the Silithid on the Earth in the mountains north of Ind. Apollo would be forced to abandon the fortress of Tale following the defeat of the Noble Titans and only barely got his forces inside Olympas before Khorne arrived with his massive forces at Tale.

Attack on Diamond Gate[]

Diamond Gate

Neru brought his forces to fortress capital of Olympas where all the Titans had been born, and by this point the fortress of Tarterus had fallen and all that was left was Olympas and a few other fortresses, and Khorne had been fighting over and over in attempts to break the siege but each time the defenders were saved by the intervention of Poseidan, Ares, and Zeus of whom stood resolute on the walls of Olympas, and its magical Diamond Gate. At this point with stalemate setting in Slanaash went to Neru one more time and decided to have Neru move against the Diamond Gate with his massive forces, and use the Magi of his people to break the Diamond Gates. It's unknown if Slanaash believed this was possible but Kargoth now believes that he did this as a means of killing another of the Chaos Gods for his enjoyment, and hates him because of it. Neru would listen and alongside several other Demi-Titans would move against the Diamond Gate. Kargoth, Neru, and the Djinn would wipe out the defenders outside the gate and begin summoning spells to destroy the Gate all the while taking huge losses from the defenders all across the Gate, and the wall. As the spell though reached its zenith the Titan Ares and the Angiris Council summoned out front of the Diamond Gate and battled the Djinn. Seeing his force dying around him Neru would challenge Ares to battle, but in an act of great insult Ares would reject the offer and continue massacring the Djinn summoning the spell.

Imperius2

Imperius at the Diamond Gate

The End[]

"I believed him to be invisible for my entire excistence so seeing him fall was a moment of incredible horror. He turned around as the blade sliced through his chest, and his eyes looked full of regret, and horror, and I made a full bee line towards in the hopes I could save him. As I moved forward as if it was happening in slow motion his body begin to move away like sand blowing in the wind. By the time I reached him grabbed for him but nothing remained of him except the dust from him."

-Kargoth

As neru chased him around the battlefield the Archangel Imperius would step forward and duel him. Neru must have believed him a joke, but after only a few minutes of fighting Imperius layed him low, and destroyed Neru forever. With the death of Neru the force of Djinn became overcome with fear, and Ares, and the Angiris Council made their retreat throough the Diamond Gate leaving the rest of the force to be slowly destroyed by the defenders on the walls. In a moment of leadership Kargoth would gather the leadership across the battlefield of the Djinn and lead them off the field of battle towards their old home in the Fade. As they fled the battlefield they were harassed by the forces of Chaos of whom did not want them to retreat as they were close to breaking the Diamond Gate and basically wanted them to die for a little more damage on the gate. Either way Kargoth managed to get the rest of the Djinn out, and they would make their way to their home in the Fade. When they reached it Kargoth knew they couldn't remain so they made their way to the Earth where he planned to hide his people in the same way his father had hid inside the Fade. Kargoth and the Djinn would decide quickly that they would take no part in the First War on Earth because they were rebuilding their strength in the lands now known as the Kizlev.

Victory[]

With the siege dragging on but not fully capable of being won due to the overwhelming defences the other Chaos Gods attempted to make the Titans leave the safety of their fortress by overwhelming entire corners of the Fade and in this way taunting the Titans to stop them from unleashing hell on the planet. With the threat completely real the Titans mobilized all their strength and attempted to break the seige, but discovered that the Chaos Gods completely outnumbered them and they were swiftly beaten back into Olympas with heavy losses.

With the Titans beaten thourghally but still holding the inpenatrable Olympas the Chaos Gods moved their plans to unleashing their massive armies on the planet Earth.

FIRST wAR WITH cHAOS

First Invasion of Earth[]

Main Article : First War with Chaos

The forces of Chaos miscalculated how powerful the mortals had become, and in a brazen act of defiance the servents of the Old Ones managed to push back Chaos. With their armies defeated the Noble Titans swooped in during the infighting amongst Chaos and began putting into place defences as best they could in order to assist the mortals.

Civil War[]

Following the failure of Chaos during the First War with Chaos the Chaos gods began to squable amongst themselves over who was at fault for the failure of the war. The conflict very quickly led to each of the gods removing themselves from working together, and they basically all went their own way and did their own thing. During this time

First Dark Crusade[]

Main Article : First Dark Crusade

Following the collapse of the union of Chaos during the brief civil war the Chaos Gods only came together to assign their powers to a chosen leader they call the everchosen. When an everchosen is chosen he is led to launch a Dark Crusade against Kizlev, and more importantly the Empire.

The first Dark Crusade was launched after Tzeneech begin empowering a human Andal named Morkar. Tzeneech used his extreme power to make the young warrior Morkar rise to the top of the leadership of the Andal Tribes in the belief that he could create an army so powerful the humans of Europe would fall. Things were going brilliantly for Tzeneech and the only reason it slowed was that Khorne became aware of the plot, and began training his own champion. Before long all the Chaos Gods had made themselves a champion, and as the Andals threatened to break out into all out civil war the Chaos gods instigated a battle in which the surviving champion would become the everchosen and gain the power, and support of all the Chaos Gods.

After a brutal battle the Champion of Tzeneech Morkar came out victorious and grudgingly the Chaos Gods all lined up to bestow their powers on him.

The Chaos Gods[]

The Main Five[]

There are many Titans that were corupted by Tzeneech during the Fall of the Titans, but of these Chaotic gods, there are five main Gods that hold a dispraportiante amount of power.

Tzeneesh

Tzeneech Lord of the Fade.

Tzeneech[]

Main Article : Tzeneech

Tzeneech was once a Titan and as such was meant to protect the people of Earth. Tzeneech fell underneath the weight of his power and eventually destroyed his shield which protected him from gaining emotions that might weaken his ability to be a good god. He would be the one that first began corupting the Titans, and as such is responsible for the destruction that Chaos has brought to the world.

Tzeneech is the complete Lord of the Fade, and in this way he holds sway over all things that have to do with Magi. Over time the denizens of Earth have been saved from him through the Stones of the Earth, which greatly restrict how far reaching he is.

Tzeneech was the design model that created the Arakhora, and he now still exists in this image but he has changed so much that he is barely recegnizeable.

Melakar

Malekor the Lord of Deciept and Plots.

Malekor[]

Main Article : Malekor

Malekor is a Dark God of Chaos, and one of the five main Gods. He along with his brother gods is responsible for much of the evil that is present onEarth. Malekor has taken a different approach to many of the other Chaos Gods and has instead used very powerful members of Humans to control Kingdoms in secret, and plans to grow these Kingdoms until eventually they are strong enough to win the final war against the Noble Gods. Malekor was the God that was the image model for the Draenei Race, and although he has changed somewhat he still appears very much to be a Draenei.

Malekor was one of the final Titans to become corupted by the words ofTzeneech and his fall was monsterous as the moment after he fell he was reponsible for the sparking of the Eternity War. While the other Chaos Gods had been moving silently and had for centuries undermined the Titans through first the Titan Civil War, and following this the killing of several prominent Titans it was the intervention of Malekor that truly sparked the Civil War. Following the disasterous ending to theFirst War with Chaos , Malekor split from the other gods and moved to his own plane of the Fade where he built himself a power base controlled by his loyal Draenei, and he recalled the entire Draenei race to this plane. With his powerbase in place he felt protected enough from the other gods to begin implementing his plan which escalated quickly after he corupted two powerful individuals in the form of Sauron, and Flemeth. With these two commanders he has been the harbringer of much of the violence that has happened to the people of the Earth.

Khorne

Khorne the Lord of Violence.

Khorne[]

Main Article : Khorne

Khorne is the Chaos God of hate, rage and bloodshed. Every act of killing gives Khorne power; the more senseless and destructive, the better. Among the five great powers, Khorne is the most powerful of them all.

Khorne is the power of Chaos in its most violent and senseless aspect, a violence driven only by hatred and rage, and destroying friend and foe alike.

Khorne himself is seen as a mighty being of titanic size, clad in armour, and sitting atop a mighty and weirdly carved throne of brass worked in skulls, which itself is held aloft by a mountain of skulls standing in a sea of blood - the remains of his followers who have died in battle and all those they have slain.

The battle cry of the followers of Khorne reflects his desire for wanton violence: "Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Throne!"

NURGLE

Nurgle[]

Main Article : Nurgle

Nurgle is one of the five Great Powers of Chaos. He is titled the Great Lord of Decay and represents pestilence, disease, and physical corruption. Of the five Chaos Gods he is said to be the most attentive and involved with the plight of mortals. Those afflicted by his contagions often turn to him in order to escape their suffering. The physical likeness of Nurgle is described as gigantic and bloated with corruption, with foul-coloured leathery and necrotic skin. Nurgle is also known by the names Neiglen, Onogal and Nurglitch, derived from his Dark Tongue name of Nurgleth. Human Chaos Marauders call him Lord of Flies or the Plague Crow.

All Chaos Gods are embodiments of the hopes, fears and other emotions and concepts generated by mortals. In Nurgle's case, the source of power is the mortal fear of inevitable death and disease, and their unconscious response to that fear, which is the motivating power that drives the lives of mortals.

Nurgle's main enemy is Tzeentch, the Lord of Change, as the two draw their power from opposing sources. Tzeentch is hope and changing fortune, while Nurgle is defiance born of despair and hopelessness.

Nurgle's sacred number is seven. His symbol is the tripartite fly - often rendered as three spheres arranged in a triangle.

Slanaash[]

Main Article : Slanaash

Slaanesh

Slaanesh, the Dark Prince, is the Chaos God of Pleasure, Passion, and Decadence. Within the Realm of Chaos his domain is that of all mortal sin, especially those of the flesh. Lust, pride and self-indulgence are the hallmarks of all that follow him. He is commonly known in the Empire of Man as the Prince of Pleasure and even the Prince of Chaos. He is the youngest of the Chaos Gods. Slaanesh is the beguiling water, the Great Serpent who lives for pleasure and the experience of the sensations of life and death. All those who live in the pursuit of pleasure risk falling under this god's deceptive charms.

While generally referred to as a "he" by humans, Slaanesh is actually neither gender, combining characteristics of both and perfecting them. Slaanesh typically appears in an androgynous form in which it is a woman on the right side and a man on the left with two sets of devilish horns growing from its head. Slaanesh can assume any form; male, female, hermaphrodite or asexual, but it prefers male bodies. Its sacred number is six and the colours associated with Slaanesh are purple, pink and black. The name Slaanesh is a corruption of the Elven term Slaaneth (Slaa meaning "ecstasy" or "pleasure" and Neth meaning "lord" or "prince"; hence, the Prince of Pleasure).

While Khorne is a frightful and terrible warrior, Tzeentch's magic forces his form to defy mortal logic, Malekor the master of plotting and decepetion, and Nurgle is the ultimate embodiment of his own decaying creations, Slaanesh alone is divinely beautiful. In physical form, Slaanesh is perfection. A long-limbed, elegant, androgynous figure with a haunting, almost frightening beauty. Slaanesh's appearance depends more on the observer than the observed, changing eagerly to please and seduce the eye of the beholder. Rumor amongst Slaaneshi cultists has it that to look upon Slaanesh is to forfeit your very soul to his every whim.

Slanaash is known well for his couption and subsequent causing of the splitting of the High Elven Kingdom, and the multitude of deaths caused by this war. The Druchii Empire is now one of Slanaash's most ardent followers.

Harkkon was created by the Old Onesin order to control the jungles and all things that operated within the jungles. His domain was something he loved deeply, and in order to better care for it he created the Trolls who he fashioned in his own image and then went about populating them throughout his domain of the Fade. He would be corupted by Tzeneech and turn to the service of Chaos, which would lead him to attempt to break inside the Underwould. He truly believed that Hades would allow him into due to their shared affection, but instead he was ambushed and much of his force was destroyed and he only survived out of mercy by his brother Hades. Following this war he took little part in the affairs of Chaos and instead simply worked towards improving the lot of his people in the Trolls. He personally led his race out of thier small jungle island in southern Africanas and broke them into Africanas until they were finally stopped by the Orcs near the current border between the two. Since then he has remained unmoving in the capital of Zugl'Gurab and for some reason remains stoicly silent in the face of a desinigrating Troll south Africanas.

The situation spun out of control until finally Hades and Gwynn came face to face, and Gwynn was defeated by Hades and thus banished from the underworld.
