Desh-Toch is a very powerful High Orc from the Empire of Ember, and of whom is the behind the scenes leader of the Blackrock Empire. Desh-Toch was born in the capital of Ember, and during this time he had one sibling in the form of Vorpill-Toch of whom would be the one that sent Desh-Toch to assist in leading the invasion of Europe, but himself stayed behind in Ember. Desh-Toch is deemed one of the most powerful Magi in the continent, and his power alongside Ner-Zhul was enough to completely destroy the Valley of Whiterock, and turning it into the Searing Gorge, and the Mountain in the Blackrock Mountain.

Alongside Ner'zhul, Thrall-Goel, and Vor-Pill he is the only remaining High Orc that remains within Europe, as all the High Orcs were meant to commit suicide during the Ritual of Lyons, but Ner'zhul and he escaped, while Vor-Pill fled Viche and took control in Hispania where he attempted with continued failure to rebuild the Bridge of Gibraltar and return home, while Thrall-Goel had been believed killed but had survived and now is a hermit within France growing his own Clan of the Twilight Hammer.

Desh-Toch was born in the capital of the Empire of Ember, and within the vast city he grew into a Magi user of whom practised the dark arts insted of the Shamanic rituals of his people, and his beloved brother Thrall. Desh-Toch fought during the events of the Emblam Civil War where he fought on the side of the rebel Doblin against Yor and during this conflict he and his brother Vorpill-Toch would become one of the top echolon of leadership for the forces of Doblin. Desh-Toch would lead the Fourth Emblam army into the Invasion that became the First Emblam Waaagh and during this invasion he would be landed on Ghana but was so interested in killing civilians for use in his Magi that he allowed himself to be caught in a trap by two Ghana armies led by Ozwald Boateng and while he was able to safely withdraw his forces he was captured by the forces of Ghana of whom moved him towards the capital where he was placed in imprisonment. During his imprisonment by the forces of Ghana he had long conversations with the prince Ozwald Boateng and these conversations would lead to a large increase in the understanding of the Ghana forces to what the greenskin truly were and while he was eventually rescued by the Emblam forces during the Fall of Accra the damage was done for both the knowledge of the Ghana forces and also for his own reputation as he was sent back to Wrothgaria to see Doblin. Desh-Toch having lost his command following his failures during the Emblam First Waagh would join the third Emblam army under the command of his brother Vorpill and following the breaking of the Mali line it was Desh-Toch that led a quarter of his brothers army out of his brothers command and begin commiting attrocities throughout Mali including the massacre of a almost thirty thousand refugees fleeing the fall of the large southern town of Accra. Desh-Toch would be brought before Doblin again for punishment following his actions during the Second Emblam Waaagh and he was once again punished for his actions this time he would be placed in command of infustructure projects around the capital a mighty demotion for a warlock as powerful as Desh-Toch but during his time there he fell under the sway of another powerful warlock named Ner-Zhul of whom whispered to him of ways for them to escape the Waaagh energy. As Desh-Toch became more powerful he would begin to rebel against his brother of whom had more power in Ember then he did, and that ate away at Desh-Toch until he was basically released by his brother when he was commanded to assist in the Invasion of Europe.
