Elma Rosenbaum is the daughter of the Titan Elric, and an Utogen women thus making her a half Titan and through the manipulations of Elric she gained control of a stretch of land in western Middenland making her a member of House Rosenbaum.

Elma would discover writings of her father which told her that her father was a terrible man, and perhaps not even human, but after discovering this she was found out by her father Elric and unable to kill her for fear of upsetting Valten who he needed for the coming ritual he would blackmail Elma into leaving them and returning to Castle Rosenbaum and remaining there. Following the fight between Valten, and Elric at Valten's Ritual it was both who disappeared, and desperate to find her brother it was Elma who spent years gathering information from Magi throughout Germania as to what had happened to her brother, and after decades of searching she finally discovered a way to get him back from the alternate dimension that he was stuck in. Traveling to the Thunderlands of Valhalla it was Elma who would seek audience with the Titans there and doing this she was able to meet with Helgi of whom agreed to assist her in getting her brother out but warned her that doing this would also allow Elric to escape, and despite this risk Elma agreed and the two traveled back to Middenland to the site of the first ritual. Arriving at Eicke it was Elma and Helgi accompanied by dozens of Vyrkul, and nearly a hundred human retainers that would begin Elma's Ritual, and after several days of channeling the summoning completed and an emotionally devastated Valten returned to the world, but so too did Elric and despite attempts to capture Elric the shattered emotional state of Valten led to Valten assisting Elric in escaping. Valten had been emotionally destroyed by his time in the low Heavens and having been tortured by his father for decades he was barely functional leading Helgi and Elma to take him back to the Thunderlands where they would attempt to help him. Back in the Thunderlands it was only failure that met there attempts to help Valten and thus the only solution that they could come to was to erase his memories and leave them not simply forgotten but completely gone, and with this plan in mind they would use Old One technology in Ulduar to erase his memory. With Valten now with no memory they would leave him in the now abandoned Castle Diener where he was left to try and rebuild the life he could not remember, with only the secret assistance of Elma to guide him on his way.

Valten's Ritual

Valten's Ritual I loved you father. Why would you do this?

“He cannot ever move on from me nephew. Your father is lost in dreams, and madness. As Valten went about assisting his father in opening the gate into Karak Eicke he begin to hear the whispers of Daena who realized that Elric was getting close to getting inside and sensing that Valten was her blood she would work to show him the true agenda of Elric which was not for peace but instead for war. Switching Sides Realizing that he had been tricked he understood why his sister Elma had abandoned the attempt and Valten would make the decision to abandon his father, and once this decision was made he convinced his father that he needed the ritual needed more power and told him that he needed his sister knowing that once his father left he would be able to escape. Final Fight Elric would see through the lie and realized that Valten had turned on him, and in response to this he attempted to kill Valten but during the two fighting it was Valten that realized he couldn't defeat Elric and feigned surrender and then got ahold of Elric and pushed the two of them into the vault wall and doing this they both disappeared into nothing.
