Werner Anderssen is the son of Alberich, and Elva Anderssen making him a member of and the current long time heir of House Anderssen and the heir apparent of the province of Wissenland. Werner Anderssen has three siblings in the form of Wensten, Landolf, and Ebba Anderssen of which the eldest child in the form Wensten would be a kind young boy of whom died due to the failure of his father and his death would lead to the destruction of the love between Elva, and Alberich eventually leading to her death, while Landolf was a brave young man who was in line to become the next elector count but was killed during the Battle of Middenland fighting Arthas, while the only girl in Ebba was a sweet girl betrothed to a high level knight but went missing following the Battle of Middenland. Werner Anderssen would come to marry Rianna Andomeran who took on the identity of a noble girl from the Lowlands and the two remained married happily having several children until following the death of his brother he was named heir and his father forced him to divorce her and having never come to capital she was said to have killed herself but instead took on the new identity of a female Ulric Priest and came to be a constant at the side of Werner.
Werner Anderssen was born the fourth child and third son of his father Alberich, and at the time of his birth he stood third in the line of succesion for the Elector Count title of Wissenland behind his father of whom held the title, and his elder brother Wensten, and Landolf. Growing up Werner as a small child was raised almost exclusively by his mother as by this point his father had become obsessed with gambling, and was constantly away, and also during this time he was very close with his sister Ebba, and his brother Landolf of whom were also left behind while their father and Wensten traveled in southern Germania gambling. Werner would be devastated when his twin brother Wensten would commit suicide following an argument with his father and this crushed the family with his father and mother no longer speaking, but also in the aftermath he became close to his elder brother Landolf of whom became his best friend. Werner would be present when his mother died during childbirth but following this event he came to believe it was the work of her lady in waiting Edith Anderssen and was imprisoned for several days due to a fight with his father, and then was sent to the Church of Haglird where he was to train as a Knight in the Order of the Winter Throne. Becoming a squire for the Order of the Winter Throne it was Werner who became more skilled in fighting as well as a stronger believer in the Church of Ulric, and after some time he became knighted during the Eighth Wissenland-Beast War and also during this conflict he became best friends with Niklas Hagglund, but also became involved with the Myrddral Rianna Andomera who he had secretly captured during the fighting and placed within his personal castle of Wissenheim Hold. After spending several years as Knight Captain of Wissenheim Hold and becoming powerful in the area and inside the Order of the Winter Throne it was Werner Anderssen who would join his brother, and father in moving northward to Middenheim where the forces of Wissenland, and Middenland were mobilizing near the city in order to defend themselves against the encroachment of the forces of Arthas and despite substantial numbers the Ulric allies would be defeated by Arthas and during the battle Landolf would fall. Returning to Wirtbad following this defeat he would reveal to his sister the death of Landolf and the following day after falling asleep in his room his sister would be no where to be found the next day leading a large search to be launched for her, but returning to the city several days later he would overhear his step-mother speaking of only having one more child to remove before her children could rule. Understanding not only the threat to himself, but also understanding the slim hope that perhaps his sister still lived he would begin his plotting to get close to Edith of whom he begin to manipulate into falling for him, using her arrogance over her own victory to his advantage.

Werner Anderssen was born the twin brother of Wensten Anderssen but slightly after his twin making him the fourth child and third son of his father Alberich, and at the time of his birth he stood third in the line of succession for the Elector Count title of Wissenland behind his father of whom held the title, and his elder brothers Wensten, and Landolf.

  The upcoming marriage of Elantel Hagglund to Wensten Anderssen would set into motion the events that followed.
It was Wensten Anderssen stood high in the line of succession and despite attempts to join the priesthood, and other means of avoiding marriage it was Wensten that was betrothed to Elantel Hagglund the daughter of a prominent Wissenland family. And thus at the age of fifteen it was Wensten Anderssen that could no longer live a lie as he did not want to marry a women as he had come to terms with his homosexuality, and with his mother and siblings all supporting him he was convinced by his mother to approach his father and tell him the truth about himself. Following the conversation and the terrible reaction it was Wensten who returned to his room where he was found by his twin Werner Anderssen and being found he made it seem that everything had gone well and then sent Werner away, but in fact he had simply given in to the second option left to him by his father, and after a quick conversation they hugged and said goodbye for the night. Once alone it was Wensten that would write a suicide note and then hung himself in his room, and it was in this state that he would be found the next morning by his father of whom read the note before actually finding Wensten who was in the closet and realizing what he had caused he tried to hide the note but his beloved Elva Anderssen came into the room and read the note revealing what had happened causing them both to find Wensten in the closet. Aftermath[] 
Werner would be devastated when his twin brother Wensten would commit suicide following an argument with his father and this crushed the family with his father and mother no longer speaking, but also in the aftermath he became close to his elder brother Landolf of whom became his best friend. Another consequence of the suicide of Wensten was the destruction of the reputatation of his betrothed in the form of Elantel Hagglund. The betrothed couple had during their meeting become close friends but in a political decision it was Alberich Anderssen that decided to protect his families image they would blame the entire affair on Elantel and used this one meeting to push a narative that she had driven him to suicide suggesting that she was involved in Chaos inspired excesses which the religiously pure Wensten could not accept leading to his suicide. As a part of blaming everything on Elantel they would also refuse to reteurn the Dowry money which caused further problems when the heir of House Hagglund traveled to the capital to try and solve the issue, but on the road to the capital would die in an accident. |

The Eighth Wissenland-Beast War was sparked by the arrival of Rianna Andomeran the Myrddrall lord of the Horde of Rianna Andomeran into eastern Wissenland following its defeat during the Beastman Invasion of Blurtfurt and having grown more fanatical due to what she saw as her success in Ostmark she begin raiding villages in eastern Wissenland and attracting Beastmen from eastern Wissenland to her horde now bent on conquering Wissenland and ruling as its queen. Following the defeat of her forces at the Battle of Brashlaugh it was Rianna Andomeran who once again attempted to flee but was persude by Werner Anderssen who would catch her and at the Skirmish at Brashlaugh Bridge took her prisoner but taken in by her charms he would hide her in the forest under the care of his squires Theobald Scherler, and Ottmar Felder and returning with her famous Christian nun clothing half burned he lied that he had burned her alive at the bridge and was for this promoted to Knight Captain and given the fortress of Wissenheim as his seat. |

In the Kingdom of Galia it was Edith Davis who had become the most powerful person to her father due to her increasingly prophetic visions which no one knew were actually the result of her use of Illusion Magi, but one person who was upset about her rise was her brother Peter Davis of whom became increasingly jealous. The two siblings had grow up very close with peter being the only person that Edith truly loved in the family, and thus he represented a blind spot during her rise and she did not notice as he turned on her, and when her rise was nearly complete he would host a sudden Witten where he was able to surprise his sister who was unprepared to defend her succession rights and thus a well prepared Peter embarrassed his sister and was named the heir of Galia leaving Edith's rise to come a sudden end. With Peter having overnight gained immense power he would convince his father to send Edith to Wissenland where she would use her powers to gain influence in Wissenland for what would be an eventual planned invasion of Wissenland. Elva, and Alberich had never recovered from the death of Wensten due to the failure of Alberich, and the subsequent violent maiming of Alberich by Elva and thus as time went by the hatred that Alberich felt towards his wife only increased, and it was in this position that Edith Davis would arrive in the capital of Wissenland. Return of Werner[]Following the banishment of Landolf Anderssen from the Palace Grounds it was Ebba who would come to write a letter to her brother Werner who was at his personal holding of Wissenheim and Ebba believed that if Werner returned he could save their mother from what she believed was her certain death. Werner is woken from sleep by the sound of a knock at his door and getting out of bed leaving a kiss on the forehead of his wife Willemein he opens the door revealing his Knight Sergeant Wedekind of Wissenheim of whom hands him a letter and then leaves. Reading the letter at the table beside his bed he is joined by Willemein who sits on his lap reading it as well. The letter is written to him by his sister Ebba who tells him that a women has appeared at the capital several months prior named Edith Davis and this women came to be the handmaiden of their mother but has instead become extremely influential in the court undermining their mother at every turn and if the gossip is to believed she is the mistress of their father. The letter asks that Werner return home and reconcile with their father in order to save their mother who Ebba believes is in danger of being banished from the capital by the work of Edith. Discussing the letter with Willemein they both agree that she should not come with him and will remain at Wissenheim and lead the city and take care of the children. Werner leaves the bedroom with Willemein and commanding a servant to bring the children to the dining room Willemein has baby Ebba Anderssen II. in her arms but two year old Werner Anderssen II. is brought in by his wet nurse, and together they tell young Werner that Werner will be leaving and he hugs his son goodbye before traveling to the courtyard where he has Wedekind of Wissenheim gather two of his five Knight Captains in the form of Erhard Tischler, and Willibert Kunneth and alongside a hundred sworn swords he prepares to leave Wissenheim for Wirtbad. As he leaves Willemein comes to him and kissing passionately she gives him a small box and tells him to use the box to pass the time, and despite wanting to stay with her and his children he leads his men out of Wissenheim. Traveling on the road to Wirtbad he opens the box revealing dozens of letters she has written and begins reading them and they tell the story of her life from the beginning revealing that she is in fact Rianna Andomeran a Mrydrral. Retaliation[]
Leaving his mothers room still crying over her death he goes to his fathers study where he finds his father kissing Edith Anderssen, and overcome with rage over his fathers behavior he attacks his father and only the arrival of Ser Niklas Hagglund, and Ser Ragnar Winglad stops him from beating his father perhaps to death, and carrying him out of the room the two knights take him to the jail where his father had screamed for him to be sent. Final let out of jail by Edith of whom he discovered to his horror was marrying his father made recovering from her loss very difficult for the family outside of their father of whom would remarry only a month later their mothers lady in waiting and this quick marriage led to many coming to believe it was murder that killed Elva Anderssen. |

Following the Battle of Fornost the army of Arthas Menathil would move northward gathering significant reinforcements from the casualties of the Fornost region and then increasingly more as they moved through the war torn regions of Arnor. The rapidly expanding army of Arthas Menathil carves its way through Arnor, and Priam secretly commands the forces of Austria to do there best to avoid conflict with his army and instead begs for assistance from Karl Franz of whom begins rallying forces with the nearby forces of Slovakia, and Ostmark of whom were already rallying troops. Galindus Vapnisson would despite his own strong desire to not remain be left behind as the regent of Kosice when his father Edgin Vapnisson and elder brother Volham Vapnisson rallied much of there forces to join the army of Slovakia in resisting the invasion of Arthas, and thus would be within the walls of Kosice when a small splinter force of Arthas Menathil put Kosice under siege. Battle of Nuln[]Pushed back at great cost from the inner gatehouse leading to the main city, the forces of Arthas would retreat out of Nuln but he left a splinter force behind with commands to kill and burn as much of the taken portion of the city as possible while the majority of the army retreated northward. Massacre at Fratenjortz[]Main Article : Siege of Fratenjortz It was Janus Frandsen who was still living at his estate when the forces of Arthas Menathil came to Austria and while the main forces marched towards the major cities small splinter forces moved against some of the smaller villages including the villages looked over by Janus Frandsen, and it was here where he would make his power known. While his families home of Fratenjortz was under siege nearby it was Janus that was attacked at his estate by Magnus Fargriever a Liche in the Scourge army, and Magnus attacked directly towards the estate seeing it as the only defensible position in the area and arriving at the walls it was Janus who came to meet him with his guard. At first attempting to force a surrender out of Janus it was Magnus who became overcome with pain and begin to lose control of his skeletal forces as Janus came near him and realizing it was his powers doing this Janus entered his dream world and was able to pull Magnus from the Fade obliterating his soul and leaving him a soulless husk back in reality. With the death of Magnus the force with Magnus collapsed around him and with victory at hand he traveled to the local villages and had them retreat into the forests while he gathered what men he could and traveled towards Fratenjortz. After defeating the Scourge force attacking his land he would travel with his personal forces to Fratenjortz where he would attack the Scourge siege forces while they were attacking the walls and with an attack so unexpected he was able to get into the command structure of the sieging Scourge army and using his pariah gene he would obliterate the entire command structure of the attacking army leaving the skeletons and the entire army to collapse around him and breaking the siege. Relief of Nuln[]Following his breaking of the siege of Fratenjortz it was Janus that was taken by his sister Aristea Frandsen of whom was now all but ruler of House Frandsen with their father Conrad a sickly old man and she took him alongside much of the army of Fratenjortz towards Nuln where she planned to break the siege there. Arriving at Nuln the main force of Arthas had already left for the north but the remaining Nuln forces were struggling to break the remaining attackers and the forces of Fratenjortz would smash into them and using Janus they targeted the Liches all across the field of battle and were able to shatter the remaining Scourge forces who begin surrendering as they realized the weapon that Janus was. Invasion of Slovakia[]Main Article : Arthas Invasion of Slovakia It was Wolfram Hertwig III., and his son Wolfram Hertwig IV. that would lead the forces of Slovakia into the defense of the border of Slovakia when it was assailed by a dead army of Arthas moving into their province and the Slovakian forces would split their forces into two with one force led by Wolfram defending Castle Orava while a force led by Edgin Vapnisson would defend Orava Bridge. While these preperations were being made it was Galindus Vapnisson that would despite his own strong desire to not remain be left behind as the regent of Kosice when his father and elder brother rallied much of there forces to join the army of Slovakia in resisting the invasion of Arthas, and thus would be within the walls of Kosice when a small splinter force of Arthas Menathil put Kosice under siege. Gaining victory at the Battle of Castle Orava it was Wolfram who rallied his forces and moved towards Talabheim where the dead army fresh from victory at the Battle of Orava Bridge had put the city under siege, and joined by the forces of Galindus Vapnisson they prepared the army for the Battle of Talabheim. Following the defeat of the force besieging Talabheim it would be Galindus that rallied the broken forces of House Vapnisson following the defeat of his father and brother and led them north where they would fight at the Battle of Middenheim where he would be horrified to discover his brother and father had been reanimated and now fought for Arthas and although he was able to end his brother his father would escape the battle with Arthas. Invading the Lands of Ulric[]Following the Battle of Nuln and with the city nearly defenseless the movement of Arthas north would finally cause the forces of Middenland and the Ulric worshipers to make a move to truly enter the conflict. The army of Arthas would move directly through the center of Wissenland forcing the Elector Count there in the form of Alberich Anderssen to raise his armies, but not having enough forces ready that quickly he could not engage the skeletal army of Arthas and instead followed it as it moved through central Wissenland and north into Middenland. Chaos Allies[] 
Battle of Middenheim[]Main Article : Battle of Middenheim The combined forces of Middenland, Wissenland, and a small force from the Kingdom of Galia would mass outside of the city of Middenheim for the defence of the Ulric capital of which the Arthas army finally seemed intent on a fight as it moved towards the army. Following the defeat of the force besieging Kosice it would be Galindus that rallied the broken forces of House Vapnisson following the defeat of his father and brother and led them north where they would fight at the Battle of Middenheim where he would be horrified to discover his brother and father had been reanimated and now fought for Arthas and although he was able to end his brother his father would escape the battle with Arthas. Battle of Nunenstein Castle[]Main Article : Battle of Nunenstein Castle Battle of Aldorf[]Main Article : Battle of Aldorf Following the forces of Arthas breaking through the fortress of Nunenstein Castle the army of Bavaria would be marshaled in its entirety and moved itself to Aldorf. While the Bavarians were mobilizing the long awaited reinforcements of Hannover moved into the province arriving west of Aldorf bolstering the defenders, but still paling in comparison to the forces they knew would be arrayed by Arthas Menathil. The Aftermath[]Volham Vapnisson having been found dying on the field by his brother he would die in his brothers arms and then taken back to Kosice where unlike their father he was put to rest in the ground and not raised in undeath like their father Edgin had been by Arthas. Breaking out of Denmark[]Defeated for the first time at the Battle of Aldorf the dead army of Arthas would make a move northward towards Denmark with their diminished forces, with this movement unable to be chased by the Hannover, and Bavarian Army due to the casualties they had suffered themselves. Isabella Rasmussen would during the movement of Arthas through Denmark become responsible for his escape when she met with Arthas in the Fade and mistakenly came to believe that his intentions were honorable, but after telling her father this and having him listen to her it was Arthas who came to her once again in the Fade and revealed that he would return in time and kill everyone in Denmark. |
