House Dregane is a large Gothic House located in the Kingdom of Bolten, and living within the city of Dreadfort. House Dregane is a vassal of House Bolten, and have become known for the brutal nature of the Lord of House Dregane in the form of Gregor Clegane. House Dregane controls a small holdfast south of the Dreadfort of which they have recruited their forces from and gained a small amount of money from.
Their sigil is three dogs on a white and red field. This sigil is in honor to their ancient family in House Clegane of whom they split from during the Great Migration.
House Dregane would come to the forefront after Gregor Dregane split off from the main force of Bolten as they retreated eastward. Gregor would lead his forces in a blood trail behind the Lucernian lines, and evaded every attempt to stop him, or bring him to heal. In the Dreadfort the main force of House Dregane would become intertwined in the chaos of the capital and would become a vital section of the Bolten forces present in the capital. Sandor Clegane as a member of the Kingsgard of Bolten would become important when he was ordered by Roose Bolten to protect Misha Bolten, and after locating her hidden with a Lucernian sect he battered his way out of the city escaping with her and the noble children she refused to leave without.
