Rhunian (State)

Rhunian is a large state located on the extreme east of the Kingdom Of Lucerne, and consisting of the lands once part of Gondor. The State of Rhunian is dominated by the Atlantian/Numenorian People making it the only state in the Kingdom of Lucerne with an Atlantian/Numenorian majority population. The State of Rhunian technically stands within the Grand State of the Crownlands and the Arch Duke of Rhunian is sworn to the Arch Lord of the Crownlands leaving them independant from both Winterfell and Castamere.
