The Grand State of Dragonstone is a nation located in the far eastern section of the central European region of Westros. Centered out of its capital of Dragonstone, the Grand State of Dragonstone is a relatively small nation but its power is disproportionate considering the dramatic turn of events that have come about due to the discovery of their Dragons.
The Grand State of Dragonstone is ruled through a monarchistic style of Goverment where the leader is the Arch Imperator, and all of the main decisions of the state go through him. The position of Arch Imperator is thus the main position of dominance within the Grand State of Dragonstone, but beneath him the system lends itself to a sort of feudalism where in which certain areas are ruled over by different Lords who act as the Arch Prince's hand while they are in their position.
The Grand State of Dragonstone is founded on a religious adherence to the Dragonoph Religion and within the Grand State of Dragonstone there is no freedom of religion with all religions outside of Dragonoph being illegal on punishment of death leaving the Grand State completely devout in the Dragonoph Temple.
The Grand State of Dragonstone was founded by the original settlers following the exiled House Targaryan, and thus the original members of the city are nearly entirely Ostrogoths. This Ostrogothic population would become extremely supplemented as the members of House Targaryan would come to dominate the city of Dragonstone, and they found the hundreds upon hundreds of slaves that had been kept beneath the surface by the Dark Elves, and as these slaves were nearly all Ostrogothic the homogeneous behavior of the city was continued. The only non Ostrogothic elements of the city are the small number of Atlantian traders that have made a home their along with a smaller amount of Goths for the same reason, but these populations are all forces to live on the outskirts of the city to keep it pure from non-Ostrogoths.
The Grand State of Dragonstone was founded by House Targaryan following their departure from their old home in Lucerne. As the time went by they expanded the fortifications of the capital city of Dragonstone until it has now reached the point where it is extremely fortified, and growing increasingly numerous in population. The Grand State itself is becoming quite powerful due to the fact that the leadership of House Targaryan - and through House Targaryan the Grand State itself - are breeding dragons that are loyal to the member of House Targaryan that they are trained with. At the time of the begining of the conflict in Westros the Grand State of Dragonstone has bred four dragons from their pride dragon Flenix.

When Aryes Targaryan III. saw the mountain of Dragonstone he immediatly knew that this was the spot that House Targaryan would stop. Aryes led the caravan up what they discovered was a mountain trail. As they moved up farther they discovered a series of small temples and shines to gods they had never seen before.
After hours of marching up the trail the caravan was grreted with the site of a massive stone wall blocking their route. As they moved towards it they were greeted by three elves of clear dark elven appearance. As Aryes looked around and saw the ruins of other caravans, skeletons he immediately realized they were in some serious trouble. The elves bid they come inside their camp, and Aryes knew he had to think quick about how they were going t survive this, so he agreed to enter but he also spread word amongst his house that they were to prepare for battle, and when he gave the command they would attack the elves before the elves attacked them.

With the defeat of the Dark Eles the members of House Targaryan alongside their loyalists were in complete command of the fortress of Dragonstone. As they eplored the fortress they were shocked to discoer how truly ast the fortress was. The few Dark Eles that they had captured still refused to talk so they had to assume that the ast size of the fortress was due to the fact that they had captured the fortress from someone elce, and then maintained it through the use of the hundreds of slaes that they discoered as they traversed the fortress. It appeared that the Dark Eles had also been using these slaves to build a giant enclave within the largest of the mountains peaks which stretched miles into the sky, and was the tallest thing that Aryes Targaryan III. had eer seen in his life.
- "When I looked at the giant entrance to this fortress I was more then shocked at the scope of it. Judging by the slaves bodies that lay strewn about the ground it may have been a scary amount of time that they had been constructing their vision of a home. It got more amazing as we traelled up the giant stair cases and discoered that at different leels they had constructed these giant floors that in some cases stretched to be the size of individual castles."
- -Aryes Targaryan III.
With the discoery that they had uncovered a place more Vast then anything they could have ever imagined they begin to clear out the fortress of the thousands of dead bodies that lay throughout it, as well as feeding the hundreds of surviving members of the slaves that had toiled for the Dark Elves over the course of the years they had lived there. As they got to uncover more information from the Dark Elves they discovered that the Dark Elves had been massivly constructing things throughout Dragonstone, and that underground their were also vast caverns which houses the slaves during the days they were not being worked to near death. This couldn't have gone any better for the members of House Targaryan as they had basically inherited a nearly completely constructed capital city. As the fortress was fixed up they begin to set about the way in which it would look in the future.

The Coming of the Dragon
I never believed truly that playing that harp would bring about anything more then good music.
The Targaryans had been alongside several other Lucernian houses given gifts by the White Dovah of Lucerne but the Targaryans themselves had been given an additional gift in the form of the Harp of Lucerne. The Harp was a Magi item created by the White Dovah of Lucerne and would allow the player of the harp if they held the blood of the Dragonborn to be able to communicate with a Dovah and thus basically summon a dragon to them. Having taken the harp with them when they fled Tree Hill the Targaryans had upon taking control of Dragonstone almost immediately begin attempting to use the Harp but discovered that it would not work for any of the Targaryans at that time. After years of failure the Targaryans gave up attempting to use the harp, and it was only on the sixteenth birthday that harp was brought back out when it was given to Rhaegar who loved history as a gift. There was some excitement about a new generation attempting to use the Harp but when Rhaegar used it no music played from the Harp just as before, and thus it was believed that still no one of Dragonborn blood had returned to House Targaryan. Rhaegar though for his part became obsessed with the idea of the Dovah returning and thus he would spend his considerable political capital as the heir of Dragonstone to rebuild and expand the Tower of Dragonstone which he turned into a great monument to Glaurung believing that Glaurung would view this tower as penance for whatever sin they had committed to make him no longer listen to them. Despite all of this work nothing seemed to work but despite constant failure it was Rhaegar that became more fanatical in finding a fix to the harp, which did not know had been sabotaged by the Green Dovah of High Forest on the order of Stragnarax. As time went on he was eventually joined in this by two other Dragonborn who like all Dragonborn were drawn to the harp, but these two in the form of Deneyres Targaryan, and Maella Aranyon were especially drawn to the harp and together the three played the harp together every day.
Flenix Moved South
Lornax would travel to the Green Dragonshire alongside a large force of White Dovah in order to meet with the Green Dovah there and discuss the changing situation, but while there he discovered from the Green Dovah Nassyra that the Targaryan Harp was in an Ostrogoth city called Dragonstone. While the rest of the White Dovah met at the Green Dragonshire he would travel to Dragonstone, and using Magi he took on a human image calling himself Visedor Valtigar and entering the city of Dragonstone in search of the Targaryan Harp. While traveling the city he discovered a high concentration of Dragonborn, and was shocked that the Harp had not attracted any Dovah with the power of some of the Dragonborn, but understood when he found the harp and discovered it had been sabotaged. Not knowing how to fix the damage he would return to the Green Dragonshire and attempt to find a way but discovered that it was the Green Dovah who had damaged the harp at the request of Stragnarax and were thus unwilling to help. While the remainder of the White Dovah returned to the White Dragonshire it was Lornax that would travel north to the Red Dragonshire where he planned to meet his friend Flenix who was the Ruby Prime of the Red Dragonshire and thus would know how to fix the damage. Arriving at the Red Dragonshire he discovered that his friend Flenix had self exiled himself, and after the meetings with the Red Dovah he left alone to find his friend Flenix. Flenix would spend much of his life following his departure from Ruby Dragonshire hiding from the increasingly powerful, and numerous humans of whom enjoyed killing Dragon of whom in the north were not treated with the reverence they were treated with in the south. Finding Flenix in Austria it was Flenix who revealed how to fix the harp and following the reveal of this information the two spent several months together, and realizing that Flenix was looking for something to fight for Lornax left Flenix for a time traveling south to Dragonstone where he now knew how to fix the harp. Entering Dragonstone again as Visedor Valtigar he would return to the harp, and prepared to fix it but found two young girls playing at the harp with a boy, and talking with the group they were revealed as Deneyres Targaryan, Maella Aranyon, and Rhaegar Targaryan and he could feel the Dragonborn power rolling off them, and thus using the Magi spell that Flenix had taught him he would fix the harp. Following fixing the harp he would touch each of them and using the fact that they were Dragonborn gained a control of them which he would plan to use once his plan came into effect. With the Harp repaired he returned to Flenix and over several months eventually Flenix was convinced by Lornax to end his isolation but unwilling to return to the Red Dragonshire and not allowed to come to the White Dragonshire due to Stragnarax's rules he would be convinced by Lornax to travel south to the Green Dragonshire in High Forest.
Coming of the Dragon
Flenix was by this point so exhausted that he was unable to to control his descent and landed in the northern part of the city on the small island that existed in the lake. The entire city flew to the spot he had crashed all wanting to see why it had crashed, and when Rhaegar arrived he was shocked at the condition the dragon was in. Flenix had passed out but Rhaegar was able to see that he had scars all over the one side of him, and he could barely lift his head, and with that came the fears that he might die. Rhaegar had been the first to get across on one of the small boats but only minutes after he had dissected the situation he was accompanied by others from the mainland, and together they attempted to help the Dragon.
Over the course of the hours that followed they begin bringing materials onto the island and over the following days as they tended to his wounds they constructed around him a makeshift wooden house where he would be allowed to heal. During this time Rhaegar the prince of Dragonstone was never far from his side, and alongside him his younger sister Deneyres Targaryan also became glued to the Dragon who had yet to raise his head or make any sign that he was alive other then the fact that he was breathing. Over the day nearly every noble would attempt to see the Red Dovah but eventually Deneyres would convince her brother Rhaegar to not let anyone else in, and that they needed to give the dragon time to heal itself thus leaving only Rhaegar, Deneyres, Maella inside the house with him. As time went by it was the simple singing of Deneyres that would wake the mighty red drake, and Deneyres begin to notice the dragon reacting to her voice. At first they just desperately wanted Flenix to drink or eat, and they were able to feed and let him drink thus getting him more strength. It was after nearly a week of this process that Flenix finally opened his eyes and ushered the first words to Deneyres Targaryan.
Flenix and Deneyres would talk for some time, and eventually Flenix was lured in by her promises of protection and a part of something more then just fleeing constant attacks from Dragon Hunters. With this Rhaegar would enter the tent followed by several members of House Targaryan and their allies of which each would promise that they would remain loyal to the dragon, and in this oath never turn away from this loyalty. The final one to enter was the old and sickly Aryes Targaryan III. of whom was carried in by Aegon, and Hanzal Targaryan and would rest himself on the floor in front of the mighty dragon, who by this point was now standing and walking throughout the island home. Aryes it is said wheeped in front of the dragon as he finally for the first time in his life came to realize that the pain and hardship that he had endured as a child was now possibly going to lead to something better. Flenix would move towards Aryes and would speak softly to the old leader of House Targaryan and basically promise himself to the members of House Targaryan until such point that their bloodline was spent, and thus become the first of the Dovah sworn to Dragonstone.
The Stormrain Dragon
Following his playing of the harp this first time unknown to the Targaryans the playing of the harp was a part of a spell that had been placed on the dragon egg held by House Stormrain and with the playing of the harp the Stormrain egg would hatch to the shock of House Stormrain. With the egg hatching the leadership of House Stormrain would move quickly into action with Aegon Stormrain II. preparing the long awaited ritual to discover a dragonborn among their number so that one of them would be able to ride the dragon and thus return themselves to the ranks of Lucerne.
Deneyres Goes West
Invasion of Ollen
Turn to the side of the Dragon or face the consequences. This does not have to end bloody, but trust me when I say that I will treat you as an opponent very soon.
Invasion of Ollen
Deneyres and her council were told by locals and agreed that House Orell of whom led the kingdom was extremely unpopular due to their tolerance of slavery within their borders and because of this the population while perhaps not openly revolting would be happy with a regime change. Reaching the outskirts of Dorbirn the army of Dragonstone would be met by envoys from the Ollen court of whom raised the white flag. Deneyres would meet with the fourth son of House Ollen of whom would demand the army leave their lands or else they would do battle where they would be defeated. Deneyres knew at this point from letters recieved that Flenix was on his way west to join Deneyres until the campaign ended, and thus she knew that if open battle was done the casualties would be immense for the Kingdom of Ollen. Warning the young member of House Ollen of the consequences if they should fight he would insult the Targaryan's before leaving, and in an act that would harm her later on she was unable to accept the hit to her families name and captured the young man refusing to let him go. The royals of House Ollen were outraged at the unlawful capture of a protected diplomat and would immediately raise the army of Ollen in order to battle the Dragonstone forces.
On the day before the battle was to take place Jorah Mormont would arrive on the field and told them of his connection to Nedest Sordin. He told Deneyres and the assembled council that he would be able to turn Nedest to their side once he told him about Deneyres dragon but others including Heath, and Aegon Targaryan warned her that if he was wrong then there main suprise in the dragons was gone. Trusting in the honesty of Jorah she would send him during the night alongside Daena Blackfyre and Christopher Von Plutter where they would use the tunnels beneath the city to infiltrate the lines. Finding themselves in the city they found their way to the estate of House Sordin, and once there they met with the surprised Nedest Sordin who Daena quickly discovered hated House Orell and was more then willing to turncoat against his masters in return for getting what he wanted. His ancient hold had been taken by House Orell and given to a cadet branch of House Orell called House Orell of Breebank of which would need to be destroyed and given to House Sordin in order for they to assist and also bring over their side. Daena being the only Targaryan would agree to this demand, and the group would leave with the knowledge that House Sordin was going to turncoat the following battle. Realizing that there was going to be a fight Deneyres would send word by raven to Dragonstone of this update, and plan for the battle to commence in several days. After the arrival of the Raven from Deneyres to the capital it was too late for any ground troops to be sent to assist Deneyres but assistance would be sent in the form of Liala Redwyne of whom left the capital on Senarion adding a second dragon to the ranks of Deneyres forces.
Following the agreement the army of Dragonstone assembled on the field while the large army of Ollen also assembled, and the two forces were somewhat equally matched with the advantage lying with the Targaryan forces. As the horns sounded nearly the entire left flank (which was even at the beginning somewhat removed from the main Ollen force) would move away from the forces of Ollen under the guidance of Nedest Sordrin of whom wanted his final revenge. With this the army of Ollen now surrounded on two sides would move to aim for both sides, and this was their plan until Deneyres flew over the side of the hills on the back of Flenix. What little resolve remained in the forces of Ollen disintegrated as those not fully invested turned tail and ran for the city, but the personal forces of House Ollen would turn their lines under the guidance of Sam Orell and would charge the lines of House Sordin. The army of Dragonstone charged the now greatly outnumbered forces of House Ollen and would smash into their rear crushing them from behind while they also fought on their front. During the fighting Sam Orell, his two oldest sons and many other loyalist nobles would be killed, but also Nedest Sordin and his heir would die during the fighting.
With the destruction of House Orell nearly completely outside of Sam Orell's wife and two daughters the war for Orell was all but over. In the north of the kingdom though a remnant in House Orell of Breebank continued to resist, and Deneyres would send an elite portion of the army north to take the town under the command of her cousin Aegon Targaryan II. Having been given command to restructure the Kingdom of Orell following its fall to her if that was what happened she would go about dissolving the Kingdom of Orell and forming the Dutchy of Orell of which came under the control of the Empire of Dragonstone. Changing controls in the capital she would make her uncle Aenis Blackfyre the count of the capital city which made House Blackfyre immediately one of the most powerful houses in the Dutchy. For the Dutchy itself following through on her promises she would place House Sordin as the Duke of the Dutchy but with the death of Nedest Sordin and his heir the eldest remaining member was Ophellia Sordin of whom was called to the Palace grounds of the capital where she would be sworn in during a large ceremony. Deneyres would remain in the capital of some time as she was also fored to await her cousin's success in Breebank before she finally moved on and planned to meet Aegon and his forces at the western border of Orell and from there prepare to deal with the Kingdom of Nordling which was the next point on the map.
Fall of Breebank
War of Five Armies
War of Five Armies
My sister fights in the West. My cousin in the north. This is where I fight. This is where I will resist the movement of our enemy. This is where we will destroy them.
With their attack grinding to a halt under the seemingly endless numbers of the Trolloc it was the decision of Rhaegar to try and find assistance where he could. Using gold from his supplies Rhaegar would send his cousin Daemon Blackfyre to the north where he was to meet with Kursten North, and her sister Junet Targaryan of whom were at Dragonsport and would assist him in moving into Pontus where they were to recruit mercenaries there in order to bring forces into northern Dragonstone while the remainder of the forces either moved west or south. Kursten North would work closely with Daemon and despite being unable to recruit most of the large mercenary groups they would arrive in Braavos where they met with the leaders of the Company of the Lion of whom they were able to recruit to their side. With the Company of the Lion recruited they would depart Pontus moving southward with the nearly four thousand mercenaries from Pontus of which gave them cause to reengage the offensive. Moving southward Daemon, and Kursten would find the Dragonsport besieged by the forces of Pontus but would move during the night into the forests west of the siege before sending word to Dragonsport about there arrival. This new offensive would take the Trollocs by suprise and led to several early victories in which it looked like the forces of Dragonstone might be able to push their enemies past the river and thus be able to fortify the river crossing. After a third victory though the assault would be countered when forces from Isengard begin to appear on the front, making it apparent that Sauron and Sauruman had conspired with the Trollocs to stop Dragonstone in its tracks. The Isengard reinforcements would fortify the river and stopped the Dragonstone forces from being able to assault the river and thus kept open the stream of reinforcements.
With the alliance of the two dark groups they were able to push the Dragonstone forces back further and further until eventually they were only a few miles from Red Keep. Sending word to Visery's to prepare the defences Rhaegar would return to Dragonstone briefly where he gathered the other two dragons that were old enough for battle and flew east of Red Keep. Leaving the defence of the fortress to his family he awaited the attack of the Mordor-Isengard forces before he struck with near complete shock. The Mordor and Isengard forces would push against Red Keep with nearly forty thousand Trollocs, and ten thousand Orcs and humans of Isengard and quickly put the castle under siege. Viseryan, and Red Wind would mount a spectacular defence of the western wall of which killed thousands with the loss of very few defenders, and when the full scale attack was launched Rhaegar finally had his moment. Using all three of his dragons he was able to defeat the Trolloc-Isengard army at Red Keep and bloodied their forces quite badly during the First Battle of Red Keep. The Trolloc-Isengard forces suffered extreme losses as the dragons chased them from the field burning their army nearly completely, but the Dragonstone forces would be unable to push their advantage when word came that Deneyres had suffered a near massacre against the Nordlings. Rhaegar at this point would be forced to go westward when his sister's attacks begin to fail due to serious resistence from the Kingdom of Nordling. Travelling westward he brought with him two of the dragons leaving only one dragon on the western front. Before he left he sent a letter to William Lovie detailing him the situation and how the dynamics were changing.
Tyrande Whisperwood would become involved in conflict against the Trollocs east of High Forest in the war called the First War of Five Armies. After alligning themselves somewhat with the humans of Dragonstone under the advise of Lucerne the forces of High Forest found the humans being pushed further back following the involvment of larger numbers of Trollocs, the forces of Isengard from the south, and finally the small forces of Bolten also in the area. Tyrande would lead the rangers into the Battle of Sodistin Mountain where the forces of Dragonstone, and High Forest would battle against a massive army of Trollocs, and Isengard allies, of which the battle would all but decide the fate of that region.
Battle of Sodistin
During the Battle the Sindar Elves would mass themselves into position behind the army of Dragonstone where their longer range could be of better use, and thus during the battle the Elves reigned incredible amounts of arrows on the Trollocs and Orcs. The army of Dragonstone consisted of two dragons in the form of Beleyrian, and Bevarion of whom were forced this time to deal with large numbers of Bat Riders sent from Mordor of whom kept them from destroying the massive Trolloc, Orcish force. The main Dragonstone army numbered nearly sixty thousand and was far more disiplened, and prepared then the opposng forces but their superior numbers gave them the ability to surround the army around the village of Sodistan. Despite all of this the numbers of Trollocs and Orcs shattered the Dragonstone center and forced a unorganized retreat where by much of the Dragonstone army was killed, and many of the High Forest army also fell. Following the battle Tyrande would regroup her forces near Red Keep and instead of staying with her new allies she pulled her forces back and retreated to High Forest to the discust of Rhaegar Targaryan who cursed Tyrande as a traitor.
The Grand State of Dragonstone is ruled through a monarchistic style of Goverment where the leader is the Arch Imperator, and all of the main decisions of the state go through him. The position of Arch Imperator is thus the main position of dominance within the Grand State of Dragonstone, but beneath him the system lends itself to a sort of feudalism where in which certain areas are ruled over by different Lords who act as the Arch Imperator's hand while they are in their position.
The Arch Imperator
The Arch Imperator is by far the most important figure in the Grand State of Dragonstone, and he is the first and last stop in terms of power in the Grand State. The king sits on the Iron Throne, claims ownership of the land, has the final political authority and holds the ultimate power in all matters. Although in practice the king is constrained by political realities, and while no individual command is likely to be countermanded, he could still lose his position to intrigue if he were to offend the wrong people. Of course, as kings do not retire, this loss of position would involve his death.

The Arch Imperator's Council
The Arch Imperator's council is small group of advisers, which advise the Arch Imperator of Dragonstone on matters of policy and their areas of expertise. The Council is headed by the Arch Imperator and he is the only one who can make the council's decisions into law. In his absence the role falls to the Hand of the Arch Imperator or the Regent if the king is too young. The Council members are appointed and dismissed by the Arch Imperator as he wills, a right freely used during times of war and strife. However, it seems that traditionally the council consists of seven permanent members, after the Ostrogothic traditions and the Dragonoph religion, with reserved positions for:
- The Hand of the Arch Imperator
- Lord Commander of the Arch Imperator's Guard
- Master of Coin - Head of the Treasury and finances of the Grand State.
- Master of Laws - Oversees the Laws & Justice system for the Grand State.
- Master of Whisperers - The spymaster, and the head of intelligence.
- Master of Ships - Oversees the navy.
- Grand Maester - head adviser on matters of lore and wisdom.
Hand of the Arch Imperator
The Dragon Lord or the Hand of the Arch Imperator is the Arch Imperator's chief advisor and executor of his command in the Grand State of Dragonstone. Duties of the Hand include commanding the Arch Imperator's armies, drafting laws, dispensing justice, and generally managing the day-to-day running of the kingdom. The Hand may act on the king's behalf when he is indisposed, and sit on the Iron Throne while doing so. The Hand also sits on the small council and will run the council if the king is not present. The office typically makes the Hand the second most powerful man in the Grand State next to the Arch Imperator, though some Hands had the reputation of ruling their kings. It is considered by some to be a difficult and unglamorous job of great responsibility. A popular saying goes, "What the Arch Imperator dreams, the Hand builds," but the lowborn say, "The Imperator eats, and the Hand takes the shit." Many able men have failed in the office throughout history. The Hand resides in a tower of Dragonstone called the Tower of the Hand. His badge of office always includes a hand, though each Hand can design his own. A necklace of hands linked into a chain is one possible badge. Servants of the Hand wear the emblem of a hand.

The Grand Maester is considered the senior member of the Order and serves as its representative to the Arch Imperator. He can only be made or unmade by the Conclave. He sits on the Small council and acts as the King's adviser. The Grand Maester wears many interwoven maester chains to indicate his high office, but these do not reflect his true studies. Gems are woven into the chains.

Master of Whisperers
The Master of Whisperers is the Arch Imperator's spymaster. He is also known as Imperator's Spider. He is charged with getting intelligence from the Red Keep, King's Landing, around the Grand State of Dragonstone, across the Narrow Sea and other places. He receives reports from royal officials. He is generally lowborn, but is given the title Lord, without being given any land. He sits on the small council.

Lord Commander of the Arch Imperator's Gaurd
Lord Commander of the Arch Imperators guard is the title held by the most senior officer of the Arch Imperator guard. The Lord Commander is appointed by the Arch Imperator, generally from the existing pool of Arch Imperator guard. He is a member of the Small Council.

Master of Laws
The Master of Laws is the Arch Imperator's advisor relating to the administration of justice. Duties of the Master of Laws include managing the dungeons at the Red Keep and supervising the chief gaoler, chief undergaoler, undergaolers, and the Arch Imperator's Justice (executioner). The City Watch of Dragonstone presumably falls under the bailiwick of the Master of Laws. The Master of Laws also sits on the small council.

Master of Coins
The Master of Coin is the Arch Imperator's chief financial adviser. Duties of the Master of Coin include keeping account of the receipts and expenditures from the royal treasury, receiving reports from royal officials, supervising the collection of taxes and custom duties, borrowing money, managing the royal treasury and supervising the three royal mints. The Master of Coin also sits on the small council. The Master of Coin oversees a large number of offices including the four Keepers of the Keys, the Imperator's Counter, the Arch Imperator's Scales, the officers in charge of mints, harbormasters, tax farmers, customs sergeants, wool factors, toll collectors, pursers and wine factors.

The Dutchy of Orell would be formed by Deneyres Targaryan following her capture of the Kingdom of Orell and when the Kingdom was disolved she would form the Dutchy of Orell as the Grand State of Dragonstone's controlling influence over the region.
The Dutchy of Orell would be organanized as a vassal of House Targaryan, with the Kingdom split into three provinces each controlled by a count, and beneath the counts stood the barons, and Priests of whom were the layer beneath the Duke, and Count.

Main Article : Gothic Language
For the most part, Gothic is known to be significantly closer to Proto-Germanic than any other Germanic language, except for that of the (scantily attested) early Norse runic inscriptions. This has made it invaluable in the reconstruction of Proto-Germanic. In fact, Gothic tends to serve as the primary foundation for reconstructing Proto-Germanic. The reconstructed Proto-Germanic conflicts with Gothic only when there is clearly identifiable evidence from other branches that the Gothic form is a secondary development.
In general, Gothic consonants are devoiced at the ends of words. Gothic is rich in fricative consonants (although many of them may have been approximants, it is hard to separate the two) derived by the processes described in Grimm's law and Verner's law and characteristic of Germanic languages. Gothic is unusual among Germanic languages in having a /z/ phoneme which has not become /r/ through rhotacization. Furthermore, the doubling of written consonants between vowels suggests that Gothic made distinctions between long and short, or geminated consonants: atta [atːa] "dad", kunnan [kunːan] "to know" (Dutch kennen, German kennen "to know", Icelandic kunna).
- Gothic fails to display a number of innovations shared by all later-attested Germanic languages:
- Lack of Germanic umlaut
- Lack of rhotacism
- The language has also preserved many features that have mostly been lost in other early Germanic languages:
- Dual inflections on verbs
- A morphological passive voice for verbs
- Reduplication in the past tense of Class VII strong verbs
- Clitic conjunctions that appear in second position of a sentence in accordance with Wackernagel's Law, splitting verbs from preverbs
