Grand State of the Dragon's Valley

The Grand State of the Dragon's Valley is a Grand State within the Kingdom of Lucerne, that controls the city of Brill, and the area known as the Dragon's Valley.

The Grand State of the Dragon's Valley is bordered to the west by the Grand State of the Crownlands to the south by the Grand State of Forks, and the Grand State of Castamere, while to the east its bordered by the Grand State of Winterfell.

House Swift is the Arch Lord of the Grand State of the Dragon's Valley, and this is a position they have held since the exile of House Jestife during the events of the Second Lucernian Civil War.

Arch Lord of the Dragon's Valley[]

The Arch Duke of the Grand State of the Dragon's Valley is Timone Swift, and he rules on behalf of House Swift of whom has been the Lords of Winterfell since the removal of House Jestife. The Arch Duke of the Dragon's Valley is known as the "Lord of the Roost" and in his coronation he is given the power of the lands by a representative of House Lovie like all members of the Arch Duke house.
