Ichtaca Montezuma is the daughter of a noble family of a central Aztec family, but was married into House Montezum when she married the prince of the Aztec Empire in the form of Itzli Montezuma. Ichtaca Montezuma has one child with Itzli Montezuma in the form of Ixtli Montezuma of whom stands as a prominent young child in the House of Montezuma.
Ichtaca Montezuma would be born in the Aztec capital where her family stood as a major noble family within the city and her father was Nahuatl Toxtl a high ranking Aztec Priest at the time of her birth, and at the time of her birth she stood as his ninth child leaving her far down the line of succession for the House of Toxtl. Shortly after her marriage to Itzli Montezuma she would become pregnant with their child and during this childbirth she and Itzli became closer as Itzli saw her as exceptionally important following this.
