Darkweaver Joulit is the head of all things economy wise in the Empire of Kandor. Under a normal Kingdom of Europe he would be deemed fabulously rich, and it would definetly be possible for him to gain fabulous amounts of personal wealth. This is obviously tempered by the training the Darkweavers undergo, as well as because of the non-greedy nature of the Arakhora. Joulit is a member of the Lithic Tribe ofArakhora.
Joulit Lithic was born a member of the Litic Tribe within the Empire of Kandor, and in this position he spent much of his early life watching as the current Emperor of Kandor in the form of Ikiss Makir rebuilt the Darkweavers into the organization that they wer once within the Kandor Goverment. He was deemed through his personal exploits to be someone that was skilled in the ways of economics and because of this Emperor Ikiss Makir made him the head of the new economics body within the Darkweavers section of the Kandor Empire. Under this position he has dramatically expanded the capabilities of the Empire of Kandor's economic strength, and where once there was nothing he has created mines, factories, and huge construction projects that are pushing the Empire of Kandor into a new golden age.
