The Kingdom of Seagard is a large Gothic Kingdom located in Westros above the straits of Lorderon and east of the Rhine River. The Kingdom of Seagard has been constantly the source of expansionary ideas by the surrounding kingdoms, but its large navy and defences have always kept it able to defend its independence despite sometimes overwhelming odds. The Kingdom of Seagard shares a land border with no nation or other land, but has the means with which to have land passage into the Plains of Nordred through the ruined Dwarven Hold of Karak-Tarn which is held by a fortified enclave of Seagard men controlling the passage.

The Kingdom of Seagard was first inhabited by Atlantians of whom took control of the region but following the arrival of the Goths the Atlantians fled the region for other lands like White Knife, and Lorderon while the Gothic newcomers intermingled with the Dolish forming the new group called the Dolisians of whom would become the dominant group in the Kingdom of Seagard.

The Kingdom of Seagard would be swept up in the Germanic Dragonoph expansion and would become of the centers of the religion with one of the children of Ysgramor becoming the Prophet of the region. Dragonoph would become the premier religion of the Kingdom with House Ysgramor of Seagard forming a hereditary ownership over the Dragonoph Temple of Seagard.

The Kingdom of Seagard is an Absolute Monarchy ruled over by House Seagard with an element of Theocracy in the form of the Dragonoph Temple of Seagard ruled over by House Ysgramor of Seagard. Standing beneath the monarchy and the theocracy stands the next tier of government of which stands as the High Council of Seagard of which is made up of the Dukes, and Counts of the Kingdom with the higher amount of influence held by the individual dukes and counts leading to a larger proportion of the voting rights on the High Council of Seagard.
