The Palace of Lucerne is the site of the center of government for the Kingdom of Lucerne located inside the capital of Lucerne. The very best of the Praetorian Gaurd are present here when the King is here, and entering the Keep can only be done through a single very visable gate.

The palace grounds are very large but can be divided up into four distinct districts in the form of the Gardens of Jeane, the Diet of the Crownlands, the High Diet of Lucerne, and the Citadel of William Lovie I. The Gardens of Jeane are a very large gardens that surround the other three districts and are maintained by a vast workforce. The Diet of the Crownlands is the government offices and meeting center for the Diet of the Grand State of the Crownlands. The High Diet of Lucerne is the governmental offices and meeting center for the Lucernian congress (Both Upper, and Lower). The Citadel of William Lovie I. is a diplomatic meeting area meant for foriegn dignataries and for socializing of governmental officials.

Originally constructed during the waning years of William Lovie it was meant to be the center of what he had built into a rather large Kingdom. During the events of the madness of John Lovie the Bloody Supper was centered in the Palace and for this reason it lay dormant during much of James Lovie's reign, and was only reastablished during the early days of James Lovie's reign.

At the back of the Palace of Lucerne is a silent, and secret entrance to a hidden tunnel that allows escape from Lucerne in case of the city falling. It was here at this spot that William increasingly has centered the rule of Lucerne, and its growth from a ceremonial throne room to a true center of politics has been very noticeable.
