Loutiville is a large town located in the Kingdom of Lorraine and within the Dutchy of Hachiville.

Maltsavy was historically a Frankish town but over the years a small minority population of Teutons had grown within the town, but due to the Lorraine policy of Frankish language adoption the relationship between the two groups was strained at best. Following the Siege of Maltsavy the government of Sigismund Asgrimsson would commit ethnic attrocities against the population all but wiping out the Frankish male population of the town and bringing all acceptable females into the Teufrank population while the Teutons already there were either killed as well or adopted into the Teufrank population.
