Mikael Stillwood is the son of Gregory, and Susana Stillwood making him a member of House Stillwood.

Mikael Stillwood was born the third of the eventual many children of Gregory Stillwood and was born with his first wife in the form of Susana Stillwood and during his youth he was very close to his mother of whom was always nearby. Mikael Stillwood would be sent to House Guntbold to squire with that family in an attempt to expand the relationship between the two houses, but during his time there he became a rival to Dontos Guntbold eventually forcing him to return to Stillwood. The Children of Gregory Stillwood under the leadership of Perwyn Stillwood would lead the forces of House Stillwood into the Journey where they fought in both the Battle of Minas Ithil, and the Relief of Tree Hill. Following the Journey he would remain in Tree Hill with his brother Perwyn and a significant force of House Stillwood where they would assist in the reconstruction, and during this time he got to become friends with Lucas Scott. Gregory Stillwood would lead the forces of House Stillwood into the Invasion of Yerness and all of his fighting age children went with him as commanders in his forces and during the fighting they would fight alongside House Clegane during all the major fighting on the island.
