Quintas Scipio is the son Maximus, and Desmisus Scipio making him a member of and the current lord and patriarch of House Scipio.

Quintas Scipio would be born in the town of Arnetium where they stood as the heridetary holders of the province of Arnetium which stood within the larger Ravenna Province which stood within the larger Northern Italy State and at the time of his birth Quintas stood as the second in the line of succession behind his elder brother and his father leaving him as a possible inheritor to the province of Arnetium. Quintas's grandfather would perish during the fighting in Africanas and thus this led to his father becoming the new patriarch of House Scipio and Quintas moving up the line of succession standing behind only his father, and following the devastation against Rome in the fighting in Africanas Quintas's training was accelerated despite his youth. Quintas's father and brother would both travel to Hispania alongside the relief forces of the Roman Empire and with their departure Quintas became the acting consort of the province of Arnetium and during this time he was greatly advised by his mother Desmisus of whom had spent her whole life being the actual hand behind Maximus's reign over the province. Growing up Fast

Quintas's grandfather would perish during the fighting in Africanas and thus this led to his father becoming the new patriarch of House Scipio and Quintas moving up the line of succession standing behind only his father, and following the devastation against Rome in the fighting in Africanas Quintas's training was accelerated despite his youth.
