Romulas Silvia II. is the son of Lucian, and Decimus Silvia making him a member of House Silvia.
Romulas Silvia would rise to the position of Consul within the Roman Senate following the death of his grandfather in Romulas Silvia I. and in this position he was one of three members of House Silvia that were given positions in the Senate due to Romulas Silvia's immense reputation for the defence of the Roman Senate. Following the failure of Aemilia to convinse her son Lucian to go against the Senate it was Romulas Silvia II. that was targeted by Aemilia and she would succeed in convinsing him to her side of things and in the years following the death of Romulas Silvia I. it was Aemilia and Romilas Silvia II. that would gather immense power to him gathering for their eventual takeover of the Roman Republic. As the coup of Romulas grew near it was Lucian's son Romulas that would conspire to have Lucian removed from Rome so that he would not threaten the coup, and in this way Lucian would be given consulship of a Roman army in southern Italy fighting in the still raging in the First Punic War, and it was Lucian that traveled there to continue the war of his father without question. Romulas would begin to suffer a psychotic break following the death of his beloved daughter Felaria and in this break he begin executing members of the Senate upsetting his power base and after the execution of a proconsul best friends with his father it was his father Lucian that returned to the capital with his battle hardened army and during the only battle of this conflict Romulas would be killed during the fighting naming his father the new dictator.
