The Sanctuary of Saint Giselle is a small castle/Vault located on the island of Compiere in the south-western part of the Valley of Lucerne. The sanctuary of Saint Giselle was first constructed by the Order of Saint Giselle following the Madness of Kurgirok, and would be formed as a jail for Kurgirok which would be watched over by Saint Giselle, and the entrance guarded by the Knights of Saint Giselle.
The Sanctuary of Saint Giselle stands over one of the Asuran gateways into the Labyrnth Dimension where there race now resides and for this reason they have been secretly assisting Saint Giselle who they believe is a proper custodian for one of the entrances to their home.
The sanctuary of Saint Giselle was originally chosen for the location of the vault due to it having been the sight of an Asura settlement which was used as the foundation for the vault that would eventually come to hold Kurgirok.
