Theodore Rshtuni is the son of two members of the House of Rshtuni leaving him a member of and the current Lord and Patriarch of House Rshtuni and the King of the Kingdom of Armenia.
Theodore Rshtuni was born the second child but first son of his father of whom was the King of Armenia when he was born, and througout his youth Theodore was taught with great expense the role of eventually becoming King of Armenia. Theodore Rshtuni would rise to the position of King at the age of twenty six and during the early years of his reign as king he would become increasingly known for his devout belief in the Christian Church and expended most of his energy into leading missionaries into Ukraine instead of fortifying the west where the Byzantines were growing increasingly hostile. Theodore Rshtuni would lead the forces of Armenia when the Byzantine Army invaded western Aremenia and despite having superior numbers he was unable to hold them off losing much of western Armenia, and being unable to assist his Nehekharan allies to his south.
