A tournament, or tourney is a chivalrous competition or mock fight in the continent of Europe, and Nord America.
The original tournament format came from the Empire of Numeron who hosted large events known as Quintains of which were duels between competing knights. These Quintains eventually expanded to include many other types of events beside the simple duels and became public events held by nobility to impress, or keep content the lower classes.
