Yohn Royce
Yohn Royce is the son of two members of House Royce thus making him the Patriarch of House Royce, and a Baron of the Kingdom of Lucerne. Yohn Royce has one sibling in the form of Odelia Royce of whom contracted yellow fever as a child and has been locked away in Runestone Keep ever since she was a young girl. Yohn Royce would marry Mayva Hoven of a noble house in the Riverlands, and though she has now died he loved her while they were together. With Mayva Hoven he has three children in the form of Andar, Waymen, and Robar Royce of which his son Waymen died after he joined Jon Snow in his quest in the northern lands, his son Andar is the future of House Royce and the greatest runesmith the house has ever seen, while his son Robar is a squire for Doran Martell of House Martell and is growing in both influence and skill while in this position.

Yohn Royce was born during the time of the Fall of House Targaryan and during his youth he would be known for his incredible skill at sword fighting. This skill would eventually be exlipsed by the fact that he showed incredible skill at constructing pieces of his runstone armor, and his completed set would contain runes that noone could understand but he said made him unable to die while he wore the armor. He would travel to the dwarven hold of Karak Kadrin where he would meet with many dwarven smiths of whom would teach him more elements of runecrafting, and using these skills he would add a series of runes to his sword, and shield along with more runes to his armor.

History

Early History

"I found the mysteries of the runes were more then anyone telling me to stop would have actually made me stop. I searched far and wide and have to this day never felt as alive as I did while I was in the forges of the Dwarven Runesmiths."
